I had a terrible experience with this company if you’re looking for good customer service go with different companies because they promise you great service till you sign with them I have being calling them for complaining about weeds more than a month no one came out to do service and every time they say we will send technicians and still no one showed 😡😡

⭐ One Star – Unethical Billing Practices & Terrible Communication I strongly discourage anyone from doing business with Dr. Green. Before my scheduled service in February, I immediately notified the company that I would not be home to open my backyard gate or secure my dogs. After the technician texted that he was on his way, I responded asking that the service not be performed. Dr. Green confirmed the appointment would be rescheduled. Despite that confirmation, they ignored my request, treated my front yard anyway, and are now demanding over $53 for a service I explicitly canceled. My husband and I made multiple attempts to resolve the issue, but instead of taking responsibility for their communication failure, they continued to pursue payment and have now sent a demand letter. We canceled our service because the communication, customer service, and accountability were unacceptable. A company that confirms a cancellation, performs the service anyway, and then bills the customer is not acting in good faith. There are plenty of lawn care companies that value their customers. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

0n 7/7/26 JACOB appeared at my home to apply a pest defense application. Jacob took the time to patiently address my questions & concerns. He proceeded to complete the application in a timely manner. Jacob is polite & professional & I would like to request that Jacob be scheduled for my remaining appointments. Thanks again Jacob!

The weed control is minimal to non-existent. I have the ability to spray weeds, but I don’t want to. That is why I hired a company to do it for me. I irrigate and mow regularly, so thats not that issue. The mosquito control seems to be pretty good.

They are excellent! The service is reliable, timely, and includes services not usually included in a yearly program.

Weeds have been destroyed! Crab grass wants to survive.

Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with their service. Weeds were still growing and grass were still brown after they came and performed their weed control service twice. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

"I was a Dr. Green Services customer for three years with consistently disappointing results. My yard continued to get worse every year so I wanted a supervisor to walk the yard with me and give tips on why my yard was the worst int he neighborhood. Although it was promised, the supervisor walkthrough never happened despite multiple follow-ups. Before I cancelled, two representatives promised a refund exceeding $500. After I cancelled, they told me I would receive $0 as all services had been used. Only after months of back and forth negotiation and having to analyze my own invoices was I offered $250. I also discovered that services marketed as free were being billed as charges upon cancellation without any prior disclosure. I would not recommend this company."

Extremely unhappy with the service. I asked for weed control, but I still have weeds all over my property. They completely missed our service for 60 days without providing any treatment, yet I was still billed for those two months. When I called to check, I was told the service operates on a 4-to-6-week schedule—but the numbers just don't add up. When I asked to cancel the service and requested a refund, I was told I had to pay another $200. I never asked for free service, but this feels like a scam. Before hiring them, I explicitly told them I would only continue with an annual plan if the weed control actually worked. There are several other reviews just like mine. If you want to pay a company for a year without expecting them to actually show up, then this is the company for you. Bad service and terrible customer service. This is exactly how business should not be done.

Do not see any change or value in the service. Lawn is no greener & weeds are still growing in my yard. Not a good investment at all!

If you are looking for lawn care I advise looking elsewhere. I have been extremely disappointed with this company. Techs that come come out don’t do a good job and only hit parts of the yard and are in and out is 15 mins. They don’t even bother letting you know they are done or anything just leave. They say if you see anything call them and they will come back but they don’t. It takes weeks for them to come and they just consider that your next treatment. I paid in full for the fire ant treatment and told them 2 months in advance that I wanted it completely before I had a graduation party, they assured me they would but they did not. They showed up 3 days after our party and it was a joke. The tech came to do the treatment and just walked around for five mins free a couple handfuls on the ground and left ( I have him on camera doing this). When I called and asked why they did not treat my whole yard she said they only focus on the mounds. I express to her that he did not hit one mound and I had him on camera just throwing handful she had no response other than we can put you back on the list. That was 2 weeks ago and still nothing. This company has terrible service especially if you pay in full for services which I did upfront for the whole year. Extremely dissatisfied with this company. While the price was good remember if you want good service and done right sometimes you need to spend the extra money which I will be doing next time.
