Had them come out to see what they could do. Was told it's usually $300-$500 to get rid of the roof rats. Shocking, mine was going to be $500 and no guarantees unless I also opted for the $79/month plan....Way too much money, so I said no thanks. Then he wanted $219 plus tax for the 45 minutes the spent snooping around. I don't pay lawyers and accountants that much, or plumbers. Don't call these guys.
