Mr. Lopez is always courteous, professional, and conscientious. Very brave, too: We were pretty impressed when he climbed a 2-story ladder to seal off the openings under all the eave corners around our house where roof rats had gained entrance to the attic. He did the job after the folks from the Other Company refused. So now we have moved our quarterly service from the Other Company to Roberts. Kudos to Mr. Lopez! April 23rd '25: We've been with Roberts for ten years now. We are sorry to see Ray retire, but we will do fine with Angel. He has made a nice first impression with us; he's pleasant and professional.

Avoid this company! Wildlife killers who do not honor their promises Do not trust this company’s website. They explicitly claim that they perform "thorough property inspections" to figure out how rodents are getting into your home, but it is a complete lie. They refuse to do the actual work. When I asked the technician to inspect the property and find the entry points, he literally told us, "Oh, that's too hard." Instead of doing the inspection they advertised, he threw down bait and kill traps all over our property, including by our back fence near a creek. Because of their careless placement, they wiped out our neighborhood squirrel population. We noticed the squirrels disappearing, and I even watched a sick one fall right off the fence and die from their poison. It was heartbreaking and entirely preventable. When I called the office to complain, they completely passed the buck. They told me I needed a "full-service company" because they don't actually find entry points directly contradicting their own website's claims of thorough inspections. When I got upset and told the receptionist that their traps were murdering the local wildlife, she promised to waive the charges. They did come back to retrieve their traps, but they lied about the refund. They only gave back a small fraction of what they charged us. Unless you want to pay a premium to have your local wildlife slaughtered while your actual rodent problem is ignored, call a real professional. This company is dishonest, lazy, and destructive

Jerald was fantastic. He knew exactly where to look, targeting the light fixture, wall voids, under the fridge, and other spots I wouldn't have thought to flag on my own. Treated for German roaches with a thorough spray and Actisol fog combination that got into the cracks and voids a standard treatment would've missed entirely. Professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced with this specific species' behavior patterns. Already seeing a real difference within the first day, and looking forward to the follow up.

As usual Roberts Pest Control did a fantastic job! They are timely in their responses and scheduling. I know when I call in them the job will be done quickly and thoroughly.

Steven has always taken excellent care of our extermination needs! He is also very personable and a pleasure to talk with.

We did not get a complete explanation of why the termites should not be exterminated now along with long term protection. They also did not clean up the dirt mess from digging holes for the bait canisters.

I highly recommend Robert’s Pest Control. Steven has a degree in entomology. Their mosquito and fire ant control programs really work. They also helped us get rid of carpenter ants. And the house stays bug-free year round. I also really like Steven and Topher. They are very kind and good with dogs.
