MosquitoNix Mosquito Control and Misting Systems

I called these guys out of desperation. We had already tried two different companies that specialized in mosquito treatments—White Knight’s spray treatment and HomeTeam’s combination of fogging, spraying, and pellets—and nothing worked. The breaking point was when my 15-month-old got 9 mosquito bites in just two hours in our backyard, several of which ended up getting infected. Every company we talked to had an explanation for why they couldn’t get the mosquitoes under control: our pool, our trees, the rain—you name it. Then these guys came out. They actually took the time to look at our entire property, explained what was going on, and gave us three really good options. They worked around our schedule and got everything set up quickly. Zach answered what felt like 100 questions from me and was incredibly responsive. Every question I had, he answered immediately and never made me feel like I was bothering him. Then, about a week after everything was installed, JC personally checked in with us just to make sure we were happy with the results and completely satisfied. That level of follow-through is rare. And the results have been unbelievable. I haven’t seen ONE mosquito in our yard since. They literally solved in a couple of weeks what we had been dealing with for two years. I genuinely wish we had found them sooner. More than anything, they gave us our backyard back. We can finally enjoy the pool as a family, make s’mores, have outdoor movie nights, host our family outdoor bbqs and let our kids play outside without constantly worrying about mosquitoes. Thank you Zach, JC, and the entire team for giving us our pool time, s’mores time, and outdoor movie nights back. ❤️

The company is paying a lot of people who are truly saving the summer for many of us. I don't know if you can find a great spray from a store or if you have time to spray completely and in a timely fashion. I appreciate companies that are built to help people with problems and troublesome life challenges. I appreciate, even more (!), the folks who come each time to do the work!

He let me know in advance of his arrival ... asked if I had any questions or concerns ... and then proceeded to address and resolve same in a professional manner ... including multiple necessary nozzle adjustments. Michael also took the time to explain in layperson's terms MN's strategy for the upcoming summer 'mosquito season' --- which I greatly appreciated, as I live adjacent to a large body of resting water --- which includes a higher concentration of active ingredient, without increasing any risks to my family or property. Michael's customer service level is exceptional ... and much appreciated!!

Great service, great business

Mosquito NIX is one impressive operation. They offer an organic, natural, essential oil product the works cooperatively with any surrounding ecosystem, including natural bodies of water. Everyone I've met comes from the heart, speaks clearly and honestly about their product and invests wholly in the customer/client relationship.

Continues to make outdoor living possible, without our system we would not be able to site out on our porch and enjoy the lake!

We had our system installed about 18 months ago. We had issues right away (a leaking line, etc) and it took about a month for the issues to be fixed. Once they were fixed, all went smoothly until a few nozzles got clogged. If you are not on the maintenance plan, you will not be tagged as a priority customer. It took too long for them to respond to our issues. We had not bought the quarterly maintenance plan as it seemed pricey, but after experiencing issues (the controller is difficult to program, for example), we decided to get the maintenance. Once we became a maintenance plan client, we noticed a huge improvement in their response times. Plus, they come out to the house for an inspection and replace clogged nozzles quarterly, without needed an appointment, which I greatly appreciate. Bottom line: the misting system WORKS and it has reduced our mosquito population by 90%. It's a hefty initial investment but well worth it. DO get the maintenance plan for peace of mind!

Tank stayed empty a full month. Eaten up by mosquitoes meanwhile.

My payment declined for 3 months, was charged late fees and the monthly payments even though monthly service was not renderer for 2-3 months! That is theft!

I can actually enjoy our outdoor living space during one of our summer’s wettest seasons!
