Ivan was terrific. He guarantees his work. He responds quickly and does what he says he’ll do. He understands rodents and their behavior and what’s needed to get rid of them. I can highly recommend.

These are owner-operators, this review is for South Austin: they set up an appt with me, they verified that the Groupon I had was fine, they verified address, they verified the appointment time. Then the servicer stood me up. Then, even though Groupon clearly states "valid within 20 miles" and I'm 15 miles away, he said he could not honor it, made up some story about mistaken address during setup (but knew my correct address)... Wasted 2 hours of my day, unprofessional, lack of customer service. And I was looking to buy a subscription too.

Great customer service on time and they even text 30 minutes before heading out he got here and inspected my house and see what’s the best treatment for my issue that i have he took the time to explain my concerns overall amazing highly recommended.

I could not recommend this pest control company due to the overall poor experience I had when using them. First, my appointment was never confirmed in advance (up to one day early) like the customer service agent who booked my appointment promised. Second, my technician never showed up to my house on my appointment day during the two hour window they gave me. This was frustrating as I had taken off time from work to make this appointment work and they were a no-show. It wasn't until 4 hours after my appointment time that I received a call from an agent at "It's Bugs or Us - South Austin" notifying me of two different unrelated excuses on why my technician never showed up. They rescheduled me for a few days later where my technician showed up, and was in and out of the house in less than 10 minutes. I did not think the technician was thorough, nor did he take his time. I was frustrated they wanted to charge me extra to put some rat bait in my existing bait stations like past pest control companies have done complimentary. I was also frustrated that I did not find liquid pest control product around the perimeter of my house like I always do with other companies. Honestly I questioned if he even sprayed. Lastly, there was no breakdown of what chemicals were even used on the final invoice. I hope you are able to learn from these issues I've brought forth and improve upon on your customer service, Its Bugs or Us - South Austin.

Great experience. We live in an apartment building and despite it being evening on a Friday, the owner himself came to our place for a consultation. They were quick to come, informative, and genuinely answered all of our questions about termites. Highly recommend!

Naibe at It’s Bugs or Us was great! He was able to assist same day on two separate issues and explained each of my options thoroughly without trying to “sell” me on just the most expensive treatment. We had a major gnat issue, that was resolved mainly after 1 treatment and a carpenter ant issue that also was resolved after 1 treatment. I would highly recommend reaching out to them for any bug or pest issues that come your way! 💃🏻

We decided to give It’s Bugs Or Us a try after another pest control provider dropped the ball on us. Overall, they had great communication and did a great job. We decided to do every other month service instead of quarterly b/c we live in front of a creek and pests are abundant. Naibe answered all of my many questions/concerns; ensured we were happy with his work before he left and that if pests persist, they would come back out and address it. Definitely recommend!
