8/14/26 Update - Ethan visited and provided a 10/10 exceptional service per usual 7/22/26 Update - Keith helped me deal with a few earwig bugs I noticed. He sprayed the inside and outside of the house efficiently. Very friendly teammate! ClearDefense consistently does a great job in choosing their technicians and Keith was a pleasure to work with. 2/28 Update - Ethan did a great job on my quarterly follow up . He was very quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. Ramon worked with me from ClearDefense Pest Control and proved to be highly knowledgeable and a great communicator. He explained everything that he planned to do and the rationale as to why. Afterwards he provided a recap of what he encountered and next steps. Great service by Ramon!

Andy just came by to do my mosquito treatment and was great as always. He sprayed extra in the yard since we have a pod behind us and made sure to drop the pellets around the house for good measure.

Update: Just got a call from apparantly the owner. Didn't like my 2 star review. I told him that I blamed myself for signing a 1 year contract. He proceeds to tell me that he's glad I took accountability and said "it seems the 2 star review had nothing to do with us doing anything wrong". hmm...not the case. As I posted below I had other issues but I didn't post them, giving them the benefit of the doubt and I told him that when they knocked down a wasp nest on my porch it splattered all over and they just left it like that. He then said well other than that we didn't do anything wrong. Okey dokey. Be advised if you do sign the 1 year contract which I did when the salesman came, if you try to cancel service before the year, there will be a $350 cancellation fee. I never should have signed a 1 year contract obviously. That's my fault for letting a door to door salesman talk me into it. Additionally he wanted me to pay him up front. I told him I won't do that. He was adamant about how it would help him out. A red flag in itself. He finally agreed to let me pay when they came out to service. I had other issues but this was the straw that broke the camels back for me about this company. I will add talking to them on the phone they offered the usual sales pitch and at least when it was clear I just wanted to cancel they dropped the cancellation fee in half.

If our technician knocked down the nest and left the debris behind, that was our responsibility to clean up, and we sincerely apologize. Regardless of the circumstances, you should not have been left to deal with that yourself.<br><br>We also hear you regarding the sales experience. No customer should feel pressured to pay upfront or feel uncomfortable with the way a service agreement is presented. We want our customers to fully understand what they are signing up for and feel confident in their decision.<br><br>Most importantly, we appreciate you giving us the benefit of the doubt and bringing these issues to our attention. We clearly did not get everything right during your time with us, and we take responsibility for that. We’re sorry we fell short of the experience we strive to provide, and we appreciate the opportunity to learn from your feedback.
