Chris performed very thorough job of inspecting on our house and explained everything with a great details. We went above and beyond to listen and address some additional items from our observation. On top of this he is a gem of a person to have conversation with.

This is my first time buying a house and there are a lot of moving parts, the home inspection being one of them. There is a deadline for these things to happen by so it was great that Chris was able to come out the very next day. The inspection took three hours and he did thorough job top to bottom. When he was finished he went through everything he found. I got lucky the house is in good shape. Chris Nowling is a very nice and very professional guy. I didn’t know there was that much to know about a house but reading through the detailed report is a great place to start learning. I would definitely call Chris again and recommend him to my friends if they are in need of a home inspection. Great first experience.

He even used a drone to safely check our metal roof! ​His final report included high-resolution photos and a clear summary section, making it extremely easy to hand a punch list right to our builder. Very detailed in his inspection, and had some really cool modern equipment to ensure everything was inspected, from water behind the walls, to thermal imaging for gaps in insulations and hot spots of leaking air conditioning. He report was honestly the best. Super easy to navigate, and the use of his tabs helps to find items quickly. Highly recommend
