For 3 years I requested the staff to come in a certain time window. Almost every time they arrive outside of that time window. I made multiple calls and it just kept happening. I cancelled all future service and they continued to schedule us for service. They literally just show up any time and apparently just keep coming even after I cancelled in writing.
