I seriously didn't like the service of Cerv. They never give an ETA on when they are coming. Appointments always gets rescheduled. There were many issues inside my garage and inside my home, I inform they give me an ETA on when they are coming so I can be home at that time and they can treat the inside of my home. But, they always show up randomly, spray some areas outside and say it's completed. I didn't like the service at all. I regret signing up for this Pest Company.

Roland did a great job serving our home inside & out! He took the time to share pertinent information with me about areas that I had spiders, webs, and what he did to take care of those. He was very knowledgeable and professional and a joy to connect with. He is a great asset to your company and represents you well! I greatly appreciate my service today and feel confident that my home is prepared for any pests that come our way! We have had great success as customers with you for 4 years now.

Service is usually lacking. Make sure to keep in mind their cancellation policy is horrible, if you sign up they’re going to lock you in for a year’s price. That will then renew for another year consecutively after. Didn’t read the fine print on that one took the pintail salesman’s word of first year contract instead. Jokes on me, but save your time and money find a better service than these jokers.

This company damaged my vehicle rear windshield while working at the Ashford Remington apartments in Pearland,Texas. A police report has been completed within Brazoria county. I haven’t been reimbursed $350 since the damages occurred a month ago. Plenty of photographic evidence as well as a confessions from the actual workers. I will not let stop until my $350 is back in my pockets.

So I was on 183 a black shortbed pickup came behind me tailgating so I move over and a woman driver (I am a woman also) passed me ,brake checked me and flipped me off!! I guess she was on the way to a emergency on a Sunday!! Maybe don't drive that way in a company truck!!! I have a dash cam of the entire event!!!!! CERV properties proudly displayed on the truck!!!!

JD provided excellent service today. JD took the time to answer our questions. Magna Pest Control continues to provide excellent service & I highly recommend them.

To management, we met Tyller Garcia for the first time, he was a pleasant young man. He contacted us before arriving to let us know his plan for our home. We then let him know our main concerns for the treatment of our property. We told him to use his discretion. His response was solid, leaving us with the feeling, that we were in good hands. Don came by to do our mosquito treatment and a touch up pest control today (for the scorpions out and about after the rain). His communication through his visit was great and much appreciated. I really appreciate him taking the time to make sure he took care of all our pest control needs. Thanks Don!!!

Jordan with Magna just completed my service today. I’m very happy with the efficiency and thoroughness he used to getting my property treated for any and all the pests showing up right now. And did it with a pleasant attitude-always a bonus! I’m always happy with Magna, and Jordan is one of the reasons why.

J.D. performed my pest control service and I couldn't be happier. He was personable and knowledgeable and friendly too. He pointed out areas that could collect rainwater and possibly ants.

After confirming two days in a row never show up and provide the service. My property is in Florida, obviously the headquarters are in Texas. I rather prefer give my business to a local Pest Control. I cancel immediately. NO BS for me

Cerv Pool Solutions has absolutely tanked since they changed whatever ownership/management they have. I've had to call customer service for return trips because the technician failed to perform even basic maintenance, leaving me with algae in the pool. He even took before and after pictures of that, algae and all. I spoke to the regional supervisor, who assured me that the tech would be replaced, but he showed up again this week. I had to tell him personally that he was not to return to this property again. He didn't even have the decency to park in front of my house. He parked in front of the neighbor's house, did a fly-by dumping of chemicals, and tried to sneak off, even after he was instructed to speak to me in person. Whoever is running this outfit isn't doing their job. They are so fired.

JD came out to “cerv” my house :) he was very kind, easy to speak to, and knowledgeable. He helped me with the ant and spider issues weve been having. He deserves a raise! :)

Update 4/13/26. They processed cancelation and emailed me today. Upgrading to 3 star. They were good all of 2025. I hope for their existing and new customer base they get back to how I used to feel before whatever change occurred from Magna to cerv. I mailed to canceled Cerv last month due to missed service and poor service when they corrected the first gap. See email image attached on reasoning for cancel. I just got charged again for the bi monthly service. Hence leaving this review as well as sent a follow up email. I would exercise caution with Cerv. This isnt the quality I signed up for user Magna.

Trevor was very professional: on time, polite and friendly. He asked us if we had any issues he could take care of and was thorough with spraying inside the house, the garage, and the outside of the house. Thanks for the excellent service, as always!!!!😊😊
