Ali is the only one out of four other companies that came out that was able to identify the actual issue and find the hole that rodents were causing in my kitchen wall. He not only provided a viable more permanent solution alternative to foam that most other companies use - he was able to take of the urgent matter within 24 hours. Ever so grateful 🫶 thank you so much for the excellent service, attention to detail and resonable price.

Always excellent service! Charity came by today and treated inside and outside. She was very communicative and treated for existing problems. I was especially grateful for her being proactive and treating for potential problems including wasps around our gutters and ants around our hot tub.

I used Bug Free Pest Services for about a year. Ali himself is professional, communicative, and a pleasure to work with, which is why this review is difficult to write. Unfortunately, when our service was reassigned to another technician, things went downhill. The mosquito traps were mishandled, and noticeable damage to our lawn began shortly after the change. The two patches where the traps were worsened with each visit. This was not subtle — the timing and cause were very clear. We ultimately stopped service because the company did not offer to cover the cost of repairing the damaged lawn or provide any credit or remediation. While Ali is excellent, the inconsistency in service quality and lack of accountability when damage occurred was not acceptable. ⭐️⭐️

I called for an inspection on Thursday (my call records show it was a 3 minute call at 11:01am). Gave all my contact info and my tenant's contact info. I was told they would call my tenant to set up an inspection for Friday or Monday. My tenant never got a call. I called them on Monday afternoon and they didn't even have me in their system, "sorry about that someone must have forgotten to enter it". Call management is terrible and made me look bad to my tenant.
