The guy who showed up for my termite call had no experience with termites and didn't even know the difference between an American cockroach dropping and an American cockroach egg sack. He came in, googled pictures to compare to, texted his boss who had more experience, and quickly said I had drywood termites (a claim contradicted by two inspectors from other companies who said what I had was actually American roach droppings). Complete waste of time to have this guy come out. How does a company even send a technician like this out without the most basic training?

Jordan was so professional, quick and patient. He made sure I was able to leave the house when I felt comfortable and ready. He made sure to lock my house at my request and follow up later that evening when I came home with any questions or concerns about cleaning after the service. He was very kind, I am grateful for someone we were able to trust in our home.
