Bob at ACE is the BEST! Kind, responsive, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. He's committed to customer service by being very sensitive to the frustration and concern that we were going through having a trapped animal in our chimney. I highly recommend this company for anyone in a similar situation.

A great job done! The fix started an hour after calling! I was very relieved since I was going out of town a couple of days later. The job was completed today totally to my satisfaction.

I cannot recommend Bob and Animal Control Experts highly enough! He came out the same day I called to look into a racoon and ker kits living in my attic. He is kind, honest, highly experienced and knowledgable about how to remove them safely and very quickly found where the mom was entering, set up the monitoring camera and pheromone to encourage her to relocate and in one day she was gone with all 7 kits. He came afterward to expertly seal the location. His price was also a great value compared to what ABC wanted, which was significantly (and ridiculously) higher and unnecessary. I hope we don't have this issue again but if so, ACE is the only company I would call.

Heard sounds in the attic in April put a camera up there and saw it was a raccoon... Called Bob... Very quick response though this is his busy season for raccoons. He identified the access point but we were ok with letting the kits get bigger - big enough for mom to move them .. tonight was the night .. Bob saw her leave in his cameras, he came out and got the kits, we put them where she could get them, he sealed up the house - now guaranteed for 3 years. I watched her get the cuties so we're all good and the kits are as safe as wild animals can be.... Bob did an outstanding job sealing everything, advising us -- highly recommended!!

Bob was fantastic. He knew immediately that we had a raccoon and he set up cameras. Turns out we had a raccoon and a ringtail cat caught on camera. They were out and the entry point sealed in 48 hours. Peace and quiet! Can’t recommend ACE highly enough

Service was great. Robert was very upfront about his plan and the cost and communicated well throughout the process. He used a camera to figure out what was going on and did a very thorough job of sealing entry points. I tried a different service in the past and they just dropped off some traps and came back periodically to check them. They never caught anything and did a poor job of closing entry points. That other service didn't warranty their work and pushed for a service contract. Through this process, I learned that not all animal control/removal services are the same. I highly recommend Animal Control Experts!

We had some unwanted "guests" at our house on two separate occasions and Bob with Animal Control Experts was able to swiftly and effectively evict them! Bob is extremely knowledgeable and has humane solutions that work. It was a pleasure to engage with him and his prices are reasonable. I learned a lot about armadillos, skunks, raccoons, ringtail cats, and squirrels through this process. Bob even captured video of our wildlife visitors that my family enjoyed! I would welcome the opportunity to engage with Bob/ACE again for services and would feel 100% confident recommending him to neighbors, friends, and family.

Bob was great! We had raccoons keeping warm in our chimney and he came promptly to inspect and start evicting them. He made the chimney not a fun place for them and they stopped squatting within 24 hours without a need to trap them. Then repaired any places they could find their way in through the chimney. Covered our flue completely (per our request!! no need to light our fireplace here) so no unwanted visitors could find their way back in. Fixed spots where we were missing bricks as well as some cracks on our crown. Was happy with his honestly and full explanation of what his plan was. Priced very fairly for the work. Highly recommend!

We had a critter fall into our chimney and Bob was out here to help us within the same day. He got here and told us what he would do, climbing up our two-story, dropping a rope down to allow the critter to get out safely over the next couple days, and even offering to properly seal up our chimney to prevent this happening again. Any issues with critters, Bob is your guy!

We had some critter (squirrel?) get on our smoke guard of the fireplace. Bob responded so quickly, was able to get out same day, used a rope to let the squirrel get out safely, wait a few days for it to leave, then add new screening on the chimney cap to prevent the problem from happening ever again. To make that happen the few days leading up to Christmas too was very helpful and made an urgent situation go smoothly. Super kind and friendly and explained things clearly. Hope not to need his services again, but if I do, he's my first call!

We had raccoons in our attic, and we started hearing them over a recent weekend. At first, we didn’t know what animal we were hearing or where to start, Bob answered our call promptly and was very helpful in figuring out what was going on. He was honest, transparent, efficient, and effective from start to finish. Nobody wants to have to deal with animals in their home, but I really can’t emphasize enough how comforting it was to find someone who knew exactly what they were doing and was also kind and honest with us at every step. Bob also made sure to explain exactly what he was doing and to send us pictures from the roof and attic. We are so relieved to have been able to take care of this so smoothly, with all things considered, and we would recommend Bob to anyone who needs help with animal control without hesitation.

Excellent service. Very quick to respond and very experienced in dealing with Raccoons. He was able to get them out within a few days without any harm to the animals and also with no damage to the property. He then secured the vents after confirming the entry point and that all the raccoons have left. Gave us a warranty on his work. Very fairly priced and honest. Highly recommended.

My mother found a venomous snake in her garage and Bob came out immediately to safely remove it. He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He helped us identify points of entry (through which he found a second snake!), provided helpful advice and tips, and even left us with some sticky paper to help mitigate future critters.

One evening recently I thought I heard something make noise on the roof of my home. I thought it was probably just a critter running around, but the next morning I went outside and saw that one of the soffit vents had been ripped wide open. I had had the same problem a few years ago, so I was pretty sure that it was a raccoon, again. I got on-line and started looking for help and was lucky enough to find Bob. I called him and left a voicemail, and he called me back within 40 minutes. He was busy on another job, but he took the time to walk me through the steps needed to learn when my uninvited visitor was coming and going, using a spare camera that I had on hand. Once we had determined that the raccoon was outside, he came over and securely closed off the vent, and he also closed another one that was within easy reach. He painted them, and from the ground you cannot tell that there were ever any vents there. Bob is honest, straightforward, reasonable in price, and easy to work with. If you have a problem with wildlife invading your home, you should definitely give him a call.

Did an absolutely incredible job of rodent proofing my roof soffit at half the price that my exterminator quoted me for rats in my attic. Plus gave an additional large discount since I removed the dead rats from my attic myself and he didn't have to keep coming back to remove them. Awesome guy to work with.

100% highly recommend Bob!!!! I found a decent size rattlesnake in our tomato garden this morning. After several calls to other companies, I had no luck - just told to wait for a call back with an estimate (which never came). Bob called me back a few minutes after I left him a voicemail and was at my house in 20 minutes. He had the snake safely out of my yard in no time. I also appreciate that he doesn’t kill the animals he traps - he takes them elsewhere for release. He was so kind and did a great job. I’ll absolutely call him first for any future issues.

If you want someone who is honest, helpful and NOT after your money, you must use Bob’s service. He clearly explained the rat and mice issue we were facing by identifying entry points, climbing on our roofs, checking our attic etc. He also gave us mice traps for free. We got the solution we needed. If there was something we could do on our own he’d just tell us what to do, and won’t claim that it’s a tough task and engage his or anybody else’s services. Very very knowledgeable, honest and helpful. I can’t recommend him enough.

ACE's owner Bob encouraged a racoon mama and baby to move from our attic and did a great and gentle job, at a reasonable price.Bob was very pleasant and not sales-y at all, but cared for the wildlife he removed. He is wery thorough and careful in his work, and leaving the surveillance camera on a few more days "just in case", allowed us to spot a squirrel that was stuck in the attic after the racoon left and could not get out. With a little wedge in the one-way trap, the little guy moved back to the forest as well. If you have wildlife in your home or want to prevent wildlife from moving in with you, (aka critter-proof your home) then definintely call ACE. For us it was more than worth the money we paid.

Let me Tell you Right Now BOB is your guy extremely thankful for not only the service he provided but the advice he gave me didn’t up sale me or even wanted he was straight forward and explained everything and broke it down he offered to get the squirrels out the attic but he suggested I would be better off just catching them my self since it really wasn’t that hard and he was right! Bob, the owner of A.C.E, is the best. We had an issue with raccoons trying to break into our attic space via the roof so I called him up and left a voicemail. He got back to me within 30 mins and set up an appointment to come and take a look the next day. He arrived on time and within minutes of his inspection he identified the problem and proposed a solution. He explained what he thought we needed to do and at the same time what we DIDN'T need to do which always tells me I'm dealing with a honest tradesman who is not looking to add "extras" people don't need. He showed up on time every day to complete the work and the end result is fantastic. Our house is now raccoon proof and the areas that he worked on look much better than before the raccoons showed up! He has a great attention to detail which results in quality work at a very reasonable price. He warrantied his work for five years and though I am certain that we won't need to call on the warranty it is a great touch and brings peace of mind.
