SAM was very courteous, professional and asked specifically about insects we'd been seeing or having trouble with. He was a very nice young man who took his job seriously. Which has become uncommon in this day and age.

We've been using Accurate for a over a decade at our home in Cedar Park for fire ant control, and I recommend them to everyone I know. One application per year, and you don't even have to THINK about fire ants in your yard! Totally worth it, and Myron does a great job to make sure we don't have to think about it. It's just taken care of and we haven't had to worry about fire ants for the last thirteen years!

Sam has come out to our house several times and is very knowledgeable and respectful. We have pets that I need to secure, and I always ask for a heads up when he's heading our way. He is polite and texts me about half an hour beforehand so I can secure our dogs.

I have woods surrounding my house and before I started using them, lots of creepy crawlies in my house. It took a couple tries to get them gone, but they worked with me and I’m glad I stayed with them as I’ve been using them over a year now. Sam is so friendly, too, and will help troubleshoot if there’s a problem!

Sam provided excellent, friendly and professional service as always. He have me an advanced reminder notice of his time window arrival, another text when he was about 45 minutes away, and another text when he arrived.
