Called to get a quote. Their website says they service canyon. We called to set up a service. The lady was so rude. She took our zip code. She said they don't service our area and hung up on us before we could we respond. We will never use this company.

Whoever bought out this company shouldn't be in service. We are just outside Amarillo City limits in Potter County, and the call service rep actually hung up on us. We have a rattlesnake on our property, young kids and dogs, and no one in the entire county can take care of it? Wow.

My friend found a snake skin in a brick wall in her back yard and since she had seen a rattlesnake there a few years ago she was afraid it might be another rattlesnake.
