They were super swamped but still took the time to make sure I had the stuff I needed to do the job correctly. I will be going back for more of my rodent control and landscaping needs. On a plus side, they have rat traps big enough to get the ones that haul normal sized traps away.

I will never go back it sad because my family use to always go there and today I called and made sure that I was going to be wasting my gas on trying to return something and I was put on hold then told yes I would be able to return it for my money back so I get there and the guy say that no he would not be able to resale it I would have be ok with that but when I told him that is way I called to make sure because I didn't have much gas he sat there and laughed in my face so I Don't think that is good customer service when a customer says she might not make it home because my car didn't have much gas nor money for it and your laughing and you think it's funny because I almost didn't make it home

Sonia, I'm sorry we were unable to take the product back. While it had not been completely opened, there were tears in the packaging and it was definitely not in sellable condition. Had it been in the same condition as when you purchased it, we would have absolutely been able to accept it as return. I'm not sure what you are referring to when you say someone laughed at you, but I can assure you nobody laughed at you or your situation. I do apologize if one of our employees or another customer happened to be laughing while you were in our store, but I promise if they were it was not directed at you, and it was definitely not in your face. I do apologize that you felt like someone was laughing at you, but I can promise that is not the case. If it will help you out, you can bring the damaged product back and I will go ahead and refund your purchase. Once again, I do apologize that you left upset and I will do whatever I can to rectify the situation.
