I will never go back it sad because my family use to always go there and today I called and made sure that I was going to be wasting my gas on trying to return something and I was put on hold then told yes I would be able to return it for my money back so I get there and the guy say that no he would not be able to resale it I would have be ok with that but when I told him that is way I called to make sure because I didn't have much gas he sat there and laughed in my face so I Don't think that is

Sonia, I'm sorry we were unable to take the product back. While it had not been completely opened, there were tears in the packaging and it was definitely not in sellable condition. Had it been in the same condition as when you purchased it, we would have absolutely been able to accept it as return.
We used Bugs Burney in the late 1990’s for termites. Mr. Burney did an excellent job. Fast forward to 2025, same house…. Termites again. We called and this time his daughter Norma is In charge with her son, Jonas. They were prompt, efficient, courteous, and most of all, they know termites. They are pet friendly too. I called C&D Spraying to level my pier and beam house. It is huge, over 2700 square feet. Dennis quoted the best price and told me he could do it soon. He showed up with a full crew and went to work while I left for work. When I got home he was just finishing up, and found problems that I didn't know I had. Overall, I am very satisfied with his work ethic, honesty and of course the results. My floor is now level, and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend him!

They were super swamped but still took the time to make sure I had the stuff I needed to do the job correctly. I will be going back for more of my rodent control and landscaping needs. On a plus side, they have rat traps big enough to get the ones that haul normal sized traps away.
