I have used Lady Bug for years and they always do an incredible job. They offer fair pricing and have kept my house well protected from all spiders, bugs, and even termites. Everyone is so friendly there and especially the technicians. I had the pleasure of meeting Yvonne today and she was so kind and thorough. I can’t recommend them enough!

Lady Bug has been spraying my house with quarterly visits for more than a year. The staff is super friendly and responsive. They routinely call to schedule my preventative spray and usually they’re available within the same week. Every staff member I’ve talked to has been kind and respectful. I also like how their spray is odorless and their visits are super quick. We haven’t had any spider or ant infestations ever since their visits. We only get occasional water bugs, which aren’t a huge deal. During their last visit, they sprayed a wasps nest they found in our backyard. I would highly recommend their quarterly service if you don’t want to worry about pests.

Friendly and professional staff.

We have used Lady Bug in Amarillo for years and have always had great results! Today the technician was Jeremy and he was friendly and professional. He explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. He is a great asset to your company.

A little pricey for me.

We’ve spoken to several other nationally and locally recognized companies in the area for our pest control needs. I found these other companies to be excessively expensive and prefer to bind you to a package or contract. My wife told me that she had used Lady Bug in the past for her old home and that they use them where she works. She’s only had positive experiences with Lady Bug and has never heard any negative feedback from anyone who’s used them. Her parents also use Lady Bug. Regardless, I still called around for different quotes. I’m actually glad that I did (and I recommend you do it as well). It opened my eyes to several things. The most important is customer service. Lady Bug had the best customer service from the start. Cindy, the young lady I spoke to that explained pricing and scheduled my appointment, was very sweet and patient with me. She happily answered any questions I had. This is in stark contrast to the lady I spoke to right before Cindy who worked for another local company. I won’t name that other company, but it rhymes with “pace.” The lady with the other company was a bit rude, pushy and condescending. When I explained that I had a problem with carpenter ants, the lady at the other place asked me, in a very condescending tone, if I was, “…sure they were carpenter ants?” Then as she condescendingly chuckled, she asked, “Are you sure they aren’t (whatever ant she mentioned)? You can probably check Google.” Add the high price tag to her attitude and I knew that wasn’t the place for me. Anyway, Lady Bug’s prices are very reasonable, with no contracts. Actually, I believe they do require one to treat termites, but that’s a standard practice due to the nature of the pest. Lastly, we were very pleased with Zach, the technician who helped us. Zach was extremely knowledgeable, well-mannered and very patient with answering my questions. He even cleaned most of the cobwebs around our house, which I believe is normally included with Lady Bug (but don’t quote me). Again, other companies will also do this, but it’s usually included in an upgraded package you sign a contract for. My overall experience with Lady Bug was great and they have earned us as loyal customers. I would 10/10 recommend to anyone. Be sure to get quotes from other places before calling Lady Bug. You’ll see how much better Lady Bug is. Lastly, Lady Bug offers a discount to veterans. It may not be as much of a discount as other places, but you still come out on top with their superior prices, customer service and top-notch pest elimination! You’ll see.

April is amazing and the friendliest person ever!!!

I called, they came out the next day and inspected my home. We decided on a treatment plan. Zach, a very nice, informative young man, treated my property and gave advice about how to move forward. One month later and I have no problems. I thought the charges were very reasonable. I recommend you give them consideration should you need their services.

We have been experiencing ticks and fleas in our back yard. Jeremy arrived right on time and explained everything he would be applying to the yard....very friendly professional and helpful.... We are already seeing positive results....thank you Jeremy and Lady Bug!!

Jeremy was amazing ! Finding mice in a home is not a pleasant experience and Lady Bug showed up next day for us. Jeremy answered all my questions with knowledge and put me at peace. He was thorough and so professional.

Recently switched to Ladybug and love them! We live out in the country so we have extra creepy crawlies. Since using Ladybug we very rarely have them in our home. The spray works great! I was lucky enough to get Gerald as our sprayer. He is an incredible guy! So respectful, kind and thorough with the spraying. Gerald brightens our day when he comes! (Go Pack!)

By far the worst services ever! I cancel on their services because I wasn’t present for them to spray. They did not call me ahead of time and let me know they were heading my way. So I rescheduled for them to show up. They pretty stated. “You cancel on me, I’ll cancel on you”. What kind of business practice is this? I’ve been with them for a year now. And this is how they treat their customer.? They are definitely not loyal to their customer. Act like their only pest control in town.

I called this morning. I was scheduled for the same day. Dewayne came out on time and did a very thorough inspection and was extremely knowledgeable. He literally made our day with his good easy spirit. I will never call anybody but Ladybug again. Thank you

We had a different group (Bugs Burney) come the year before Lady Bug did. They apparently "fertilized" the termites because they were twice as bad the next year. We called Lady Bug last summer. They showed up promptly, were very professional, and treated all around the house, putting down bait. We have not seen a single termite this year, and they are usually swarming by now. I highly recommend them!

They came for a termite inspection and didn't charge us anything. They were honest, and I appreciate that!

I used to work at a big medical facility and we used Ladybug all the time. They are very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

The sweetest lady came to our house and did our initial inspection and treatment immediately following us moving in. She explained problem areas, what they were doing to help and what we needed to do to correct any issues. Polite, respectful, informative and efficient. Pricing is fair as well and they provided a discount to me as a nurse.
