Always professional and does a great job.....

I've been using Johnson Pest Control for 2 years with their regular bi-monthly preventative service plan with great results! Kevin and Aaron have been great keeping rodents and insects away from getting into our cabin and are always punctual in between guest turnovers. The carpenter bee preventative service has also been fantastic.

John always does a great job! He's friendly, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. He always takes the time to make sure everything is going well and that I'm happy with the service. I also appreciate that he's always willing to answer questions and encourages me to call him anytime if I ever have a problem. Excellent customer service!

We’ve used Johnson Pest Control continuously for years across three permanent residences. One of those residences was an old farmhouse situated between the Little Pigeon River and a large field—about as inviting a location for bugs and critters as you could imagine. Somehow, though, Johnson Pest Control managed to keep them under control. They also service a number of cabins for our family business. Every person of tge team has been the picture of professionalism and excellence, and our technician, Aaron, is particularly outstanding. He thinks of everything, starting from the moment he pulls into the driveway and takes care not to park behind our vehicles. Aaron is an incredibly nice guy—as long as you’re not a bug. If you are, he’s coming for you! Thank you, Aaron, and thank you, Johnson Pest Control, for consistently providing such excellent service.

Johnson pest controls been working for me now for about 4 years. Their service technicians are friendly and knowledgeable and have always answered all of my questions. The service has been great not had a bug problem since they've been here. I would recommend them for your bug issues.

Really excellent care overall from this pest control. They are on time, courteous to guests, very responsive to any need even after hours. Schedule quickly. I would recommend without hesitation.

Not a good pest control company at all. Paid over $700 for a roach problem we had and they came out and sprayed, but didn’t spray behind our appliances at all. They’ve come out 3 different times for an appointment to spray and we still are seeing roaches like crazy. Don’t recommend this company at all. Not worth the money he at all. Like I said paid over $700 just to still have roaches.

Proactive service with fair rates.

As an independent cabin owner, it’s important to trust the people that work on and take care of my property. I trust Tony and the folks at Johnson Pest Control for many reasons. They always call and remind me when it’s time to treat my cabin. They know their business and take care of things to keep problems from cropping up. Tony also lets me know if anything else needs attention which tells me he cares about me as a customer.

I've called no less than 6 times over the past few weeks and left messages but no call back. I was looking for ongoing pest control services but I guess they are either out of business or just don't care about potential new customers.

John is the technician that services the company I work for. He is always prompt, thorough and courteous. He’s a pleasure to work with.

Johnson Pest (my rep is Kaylee) Control got out for a quick service call when my short term rental guests complained about an issue. She was not only there fast, she looked around outside and suggested a few things that I could do to prevent further issues.
