I have been so happy with the service I've received. The detailed reporting I received after my last service saved me from an Airbnb claim against me. It showed I was a proactive host! Great company!

All about bugs had a very friendly service tech that initially signed us up. After that they billed and treated our cabin for $65 per month. Regardless of the treatments we still had issues and when we called them for help because we had mice coming in they were rude and failed to solve the problem. I wouldn't recommend them and I would advise most people to stay away from a company that bills monthly for this kind of service. It seems they do not live up to the value of service a monthly subscription should provide.

Our housecleaner (Mama Bears Mountain Cleaning) highly recommended All About Bugs to us and I’m so glad we called. Jimmy is so polite and when we had to decline certain treatments due to our budget he didn’t judge and helped inform and educate me on how their treatments work. We have used them twice now, and they do a great job taking care of our issues as soon as possible in an affordable way.

Are old pest control company that went out of business, referred us to them, and we are so grateful for the referral. Jimmi being the owner is a fine example as to why his employees are top notch. All about bugs also does our business and personal residence. Our first time meeting with Teagan was over the top and explained how he was gonna help us get our property In order. Just had an dangerous experience with one of your drivers. Someone driving a silver/gray pick up truck cut through the McDonald's parking lot on Wears Valley to avoid the light. They got behind me on Henderson Springs rd and rode my bumper. Next on Battle Hill rd.I was sped passed in a no passing zone. The driver then proceeded to run the next two stop signs. Lost sight of the driver after that due to the speed of the truck. All this while it's pouring down rain. This happened on 8/03/23 around 4:18 pm. To the owner If your vehicles have dash cams you my want to take a look at how your drivers are driving

I used them for 5 months and the roaches just got worse and worse all it did was deform them like they are not ugly enough,and it did nothing for the spiders I complained but nothing,was just told it was normal so I just stopped using them and lost all that money they could have a least gave my money back.The only good thing I will say is they are friendly.
