All about bugs had a very friendly service tech that initially signed us up. After that they billed and treated our cabin for $65 per month. Regardless of the treatments we still had issues and when we called them for help because we had mice coming in they were rude and failed to solve the problem. I wouldn't recommend them and I would advise most people to stay away from a company that bills monthly for this kind of service. It seems they do not live up to the value of service a monthly subs

Kirkland's Pest Control representative did an excellent job on the monthly service at our cabin at 361 Caney Creek, Pigeon Forge, TN. His name is Lee Henderson. He was very thorough with the inspection which included sweeping down spider webs and knocking down dirt dobber nests on the outside before going inside to fully inspect the interior. Mr. Henderson sprayed for bugs and put out all necessary traps, etc. to take care of any pest concerns or issues. He was very conscientious about the job
Are old pest control company that went out of business, referred us to them, and we are so grateful for the referral. Jimmi being the owner is a fine example as to why his employees are top notch. All about bugs also does our business and personal residence. Our first time meeting with Teagan was over the top and explained how he was gonna help us get our property In order. I'm very pleased doing business with this pest control company near my house. They visit my home every 6 months. My house is new, and I'm trying to make sure I don't get any creeping crawlers inside my house.
Their pest control services were outstanding upon my first call to schedule an appointment. You will receive plenty of communication via email and text informing you of appointments.
I use your pest control services every quarter and really appreciated the introduction to your new mosquito control system. Your service man was very informative and polite.
