When I first signed up we were having a carpenter ant issue. I signed up for the advanced treatment of the ants as well as the monthly service. The technician was inside the house for 7 minutes and outside spraying for an additional 4 minutes. They forgot to do the advanced treatment so our next guests still found ants and also reported cockroaches.
