Didn’t get his name but he came in dollar store where I wk and was rude as hell to me I’ve never met this man in my life swears he knows me said I was disrespectful to him every time he comes in this was first day I was on register he’s gonna report me so I’m doing the same

A safe way pest control truck almost ran over my daughter and I in downtown Kingsport at 9:20 am on 7-15-25. We were in the cross walk. He had a red light andcnever stopped.

Great service and very knowledgeable. Really good price as well. Would recommend to anyone in the TriCities.

I have nothing but praise! Look no further for pest control. You’ll get what you need right her. Dwayne went above and beyond what was expected. He has been on time and provided service that went above and beyond what we expected. After trying another local company who was not clear about pricing and would show up hours and even days different from what was scheduled, I was hesitant about finding a local company that could provide what we needed. I’m so glad I tried again!! We had seen a few roaches in our home and were terrified we had an infestation. We wanted something to eradicate what we had seen, prevent further bugs, and in a way that was pet safe. He provided all! After 1st spray we only saw a couple of roaches. After the 2nd spray we’ve seen none. He’s not just polite, but personable. In conversation we asked about rodents that come with living in the country. He set bait traps for any rats that might show up as well as checked our crawl space (thoroughly) for any nests that critters may have made. All this and there was no extra charge. I have nothing but high praise for Safeway.

We've been with Safeway since 1999, and have our business sprayed every three months for that 'piece of mind' that we won't ever have an issue. If we have any issues we call, and our technician takes care of it immediately!! He's attentive, caring, and thorough!! We've had the same technician for the last several years (almost 10 now). This gentleman (Tommy Grubb) goes above and beyond our expectations!!! He's always there when he says he's going to be!!! He is absolutely AMAZING and deserves to know how much we TRULY appreciate him!!! KUDOS Tommy Grubb, YOU'RE THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! :-) I wish I had written this review years ago!! As a business owner we are always watching our Google reviews to help us get better, and grow from those reviews. I hope this company knows what a true asset (Tommy Grubb) they have in their employment!!!

I absolutely do not recommend this company, VERY disrespectful staff; disappointed because my family has used them for years and will no longer be using them because of their rude and unprofessional work ethics or lack there of.

Dewayne that came out was so nice and professional! Did a great job very thorough we live close to woods so he made sure to put a lot of spray and granules down. I will reccomend to all family and friends!

Friendly and prompt. Called them in a bit of a panic over finding black widows making themselves at home all around the outside of my house. They were out the next day to give an estimate and then went ahead and did our first treatment. Couldn't ask for a better price or service.

Dont use these people if you dont have hours of your day to spend. They either show up an hour early and when you arent there because, thats not the time they scheduled, they will make you re-schedule, or they will be almost an hour late. If i had that kind of flexibility in my job, it would be ok but i work full time and trying to squeeze them into a lucnh break and them not showing up almost EVERY SINGLE MONTH for the past 4 years. Im done. And whoever works the phone just plain and simple doesnt care what you have to say, she will talk over you, qnd take zero responsibility. I dont care if the sprayers make their own schedule, if they repeatedly dont stick to it, YOU are the employer, it comes back onto YOU to both get it done and deal with worker.... not the customer...

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR WATERPROOFING. I used this company to put a pump system in my elderly mothers basement. The company called to inform me the job was complete and asked for the payment. I went to inspect the job, and before making payment. There were materials and trash left everywhere, one pump was not hooked up, insulation was not replaced, grass was not sewn back. The basement started getting water again. It was months before anyone actually got back with me and when they did they were rude and blamed me for the lack of communication. I saved all text and communication. They finally came and installed a 3rd pump but the basement still leaks and the system still is not installed as originally quoted. I'm now on my 2nd week of trying to get someone to call me to come look at the problem. This was an $18,000 install. They did cut $1,000 off the price but I would rather have something that works. I got 3 bids and went with Safeway because of the lifetime warranty and Google reviews which were mostly about pest control. This is why I decided to leave a review.. RUN from this company.

I don’t recommend this company. I’m very sad to give them this rating. I had chosen them because they are local. They put in a drainage system in our basement and then I ordered a mold test. The workers were courteous, but left our floors very messy in our house from going in and out of the door. We had to vacuum and mop up after. The owner was scheduled to perform a mold inspection and pest control for which I prepaid, but he never showed up. I called his cell and the office several times and never heard anything . I finally just asked for my money to be refunded. I had hoped to support them for all three needs, but I’m very disappointed with the lack of profesional and even just courteous customer service . Simply ignoring phone calls for missed appointments just doesn’t make sense to me when spending so much money . I really wish I could say more positive things, but it was a disappointing experience .

Have had a Terminex contract for several years. The house has been monitored and never had any termite or carpenter ant issues in all the years there. Put the house on the market and these guys come to inspect it, the guy tried to get me to pay $150 for old carpenter ant damage. This was not true, so it refuses, there was no need! Just found out he called the buyers and told them the house was covered (!) in carpenter ants and damage!!! Because he didn’t get $150 out of the day he completely lied to the buyers and ruined the sale of the house! We know he talked to the buyers, which wasn’t necessary ever! All he had to do was complete his report and submit it to the realtors, but he made the decision to call the buyers and flat out lie!

Asked if we had roaches an we said no he never sprayed. Then we get a warning from the apartment owner saying pest control said we have them an need to keep apartment clean. Scam don’t recommend them at all

I have found that they not only deliver watered down poison but all their customers who get an encapsulation buy 12 MIL poly per the contract but then actually get 8 MIL poly and I don't think that's right. The quality of work isn't too good either but really why I give only 1 star is due to the fact they bill their products better than what they actually deliver
