We have Leo’s pest control on all of our multifamily units in Southwest Virginia northeast Tennessee. We are very pleased with their services. Brian is amazing with our tenants and flexibility. Always shows up on time with a great attitude! Ernest does our apartments in Northeast Tennessee and does a great job as well. So I must RAVE about the customer service I have received as a 6 month client (transplant from Maryland). For the last 3 weeks I had a major issue with wasp. Everytime, I call my tech Daniel responded immediately to sprayed & looked for the nest. I since learned this is a neighborhood problem at this time of the year. Just so relieved & grateful that Leo's (Daniel) takes these emergency call seriously. I am allergic to wasp so this is a major medical concern for me.

Jon Bradley was wonderful in doing our inspection and recommending services, he was thorough and explained everything clearly. Brandon Mullins, our technician is wonderful to work with and took out our main concern of Asian beetles within a week! He's quick and to the point in his communication and extremely timely. Great service from both, they've created a great experience and happy customers with Leo's services.

06/03/2025 service technician Brandon Mullins did annual check of our termite stations, and reinstalled a few stations for us. Very helpful and shared good info about our termite protection system. Leo’s Pest Control office staff is also always very helpful. Highly recommend!

I was assured the price for everything was a total of $6,400.00. We where told pay $3,200 .00 up front. Then the rest, $3,,200.00 due at completion. I agreed. The bill now has gone to $ 7,600.00 after talking to the office lady. $1,200.00 difference from the initial quote. My son 32 yr old was present ( to verify) pricing. I’m thankful I found out before paying the half up front. The day I called to pay, I had luckily cancelled my credit card and had to recieve a new card. They do not take checks over the phone either. God gets the credit!🙌

We close Leo’s over 2 other firms for a large job (trench & treat home & detached garage, bait traps at a cabin, & borate spray for borer bugs). We’re mostly pleased but with 2 caveats: 1. Estimator Jerry tried to push us to what treatments he wanted to do - even after we had done thorough research and talked to other treatment specialists. 2. We had to thoroughly review & edit the proposed contract several times because he did not include our requirements. 3. The borate spray for borer bugs didn’t work- Ifound 2 borers a well later and had to go to Lowe’s to buy my own foaming insecticide to kill the bugs (I sprayed directly into the wood holes, which he didn’t do).

If I could give a .1 star review I would. Called yesterday to get a estimate on a home purchase termite inspection, never once approved it. Got a bill for an inspection today before even a consultation. NEVER ONCE GOT PRICED. Not getting a dime from me, not for their "free quote" or for anything in the future.

Leo’s has provided us with great service! They responded quickly and efficiently to a scary yellow jacket infestation. Mr. Barlow has been our contact since and has helped with a variety of issues. 10/10 would recommend!

I wish I could leave no stars! This is worst company I've ever dealt with. Not only do they show up unannounced late in the evening, but they did nothing but damage property and disrespect homeowners. I will never in my life deal with Leo's or anyone involved with this company.

Have always heard great things about them but when we called to use them we were told they don’t service our area?? We are off exit 7 in bristol, va. Kind of odd they can’t service this area…

The only thing I have to say good, was the tech was on time. However that's where it ends. They came out to inspect for termites due to our lender requesting it. The tech put that we needed to repair our out bldg due to old termite damage even though there was NO VISUAL SIGNS OF LIVE TERMITES IN THE BLDG OR OUR HOME.He recommended the floor joist under the bldg be repaired. Then put in the report that the house be treated for termites, even though there were no signs. He recommended a treatment for the house that would draw in the termites and it would kill them. Honest mistake, he didn't date the report so I had to get that resent and the invoice. Yes, we HAD to have the house treated, and NO they are not treating it. Thanks for costing us lots of money...

Impossible to get in touch with. I sent an email request in for rodent control and they did get back to me the next day, but left a voicemail and a text message. I got back to them later in the day (called and left a message, plus sent a text message) and didn't hear from them again. 3 weeks later my brother contacted them, and they told him they had a service ticket for our address, and asked him, "did no one come out?" to which he said no, and they said someone would be calling him to schedule an appointment. Another week goes by with no contact from them. He calls *again* to try and get someone out to our address. They then tell him "well we were waiting on a call from you", told him how much services would be and he said alright. Then they put him on hold and hung up on him. He called Termini that same day and someone was on location at our address within a few days. Go to them instead: they actually communicate with you AND they are MUCH cheaper.

Never had to deal with such poor customer service!! Talked to several reps at their Bristol location and "Haley", supposedly a "supervisor ". At least that is what I requested last time, but when I called back the rep started laughing and told me that "Haley" is not a supervisor! I am trying to get several issues(want to get billed "once" a year, take name from previous owner off, update phone #)solved but they keep messing it up. Now I receive a billing statement every month, instead of once a year, previous owner is still on statement and they still have not updated the phone#!!! If there is a owner in charge at this company, call me !!! T. Healy

They showed up at my house and billed us for a service they didn't do. I have the video of them on my ring doorbell not spraying or anything but yet there's a service fee that the lady said she would waive and delete us out of their system due to us never requesting it.. Don't know how they got us in the system in the first place when I had never heard of this company until they showed up at my door.

We contracted with Leo’s for pest control. When we needed them with a Yellowjacket problem, we could not get a call back. We talked to the person who answered the phone and she said someone would “call us right back - with an hour.” They never called back. We called, talking to several different people and each said a technician would be in touch. Never happened. AVOID Leo’s. We have cancelled our pest control contract. Leo’s will NOT be there when you need them.

This is the most unprofessional company customer service wise I have dealt with. I called several days in a row to make a termite inspection on a house that we are on a time crunch under due diligence. For three days we called and we were told we would be contacted by a scheduler... on the third day we finally got the call back after having to constantly call them. Once scheduled, we stressed this is an out of state visit and inspection for us and it had to be done on a certain day. Being 7 days in on our due diligence now (3) days wasted waiting on them, their inspector was finally scheduled. This inspection was scheduled for 2:00 pm on 8.27.21 the inspector left at 2:03 literally approached, saw we had not arrived and left in a hurry. He passed us speeding down a one lane road in a hurry on his way out. We arrived at 2:07 to no inspector, the reason for our tardy time was a school bus holding us up. To say the least we are extremely dissatisfied with this company not only for leaving abruptly, but for wasting our time during due diligence.

My wife and I live in Maryland, but have a house in Bristol VA that was being rented to some terrible tenants. They caused a rat infestation in our house. We called Leo's and agreed to a contract for a tech to visit every three months for a year, they supposedly sent a tech to the house soon after that though I never heard anything from Leo's. After a few weeks I called Leo's to inquire about my bill and how the service went. I was told everything went well and they would be mailing the bill. After another two weeks or so, my wife had to travel to Bristol to meet the Sheriff and evict the terrible tenants. While she was in town she went to Leo's only to find out the the tenants never let the tech into the house and the service had NOT been completed as I had been told over the phone. While there in person, she scheduled a time for the tech to access the now vacant house. When the tech arrived, he found a roach infestation(did I mention how terrible the tenants were?) to go along with the rats. He suggested the best course of action to be a monthly treatment plan and advised that he would send a new monthly contract and would reach out in the future to schedule the next treatments. At this time the tech did a full service and we began seeing results(dead roaches everywhere) relatively soon there after. Another two weeks pass and continued radio silence from Leo's. No new contract had been mailed, emailed, or in anyway communicated to us, no scheduling had been done. We called and cancelled our contract today. No apologies were made for the lack of communication, no attempts were made to do any better. This is understandably a very stressful situation for us as we have had to take days off of work to travel and tend to this house, not to mention the literal thousands of dollars we are out do to non-payment of rent and damages. We needed a company we could rely on, someone who could do the job, and communicate to us. Maybe I'm asking for too much, but knowing that a rat and roach infestation was allowed to grow for roughly a month due to Leo's lack of communication is infuriating. TLDR; Leo's says they completed a service they did not complete, roach and rat infestation grows for over a month.
Had a problem with wasp. I called around to several places trying to find the most reasonable price for an inspection. Everywhere wanted about $200 to come out and inspect the house. Called Leo’s and they offered a free inspection and estimate. They told me they would inspect the out side of the house as well as inside including fireplaces and the attic. Our appointment day came around, I had to call to see if a technician was still coming out because he hadn’t shown. Called to find out he was still at the shop and hadn’t even left. He ended up being an hour late. Our “inspection” consisted of them sending out a sales rep (not a technician). I took him to where I’ve been finding the wasp and he proceeded to try to sell me on some 6 month treatment program. Never inspected anything! Just stood in my bacement and tried to sell me ridiculously priced treatment plans. I called Leo’s after he left and asked when they were going to send an inspector out. I was told on the phone they don’t do inspections because there’s no way to find where the wasps were coming from. ( Uh thought that’s what pest control did?) and whoever told me they did didn’t know what they were talking about (well then why are they working for you? Anything to try to make a sale, right?) All they can do is spray and hope it clears the problem. I asked how they were supposed to solve the problem with out knowing the source? “Well you really can’t”, is the answer I received. So not only did they lie about giving me a fee inspection, they also almost conned me out of $225 just to spray my house that wasn’t guaranteed to solve the issue. Anyway if you want something done right, i’d call somewhere else, you might have to pay $200 for an inspection, but at least the inspection won’t consist of a sales rep standing in your house trying to sell you useless “treatment plans”.
