I've owned 4 houses in the last 23 years, and during that time I've had many pest control specialists come to treat my houses for bugs of all sorts. Ranger Pest Control is the best I've ever had and I've had some pretty good ones. Adam from Ranger Pest is a truly polite, decent, attention to detail professional. The owner Brandon has taken good care of my house as well, throughout the process of pre-purchase pest inspections, and and post-purchase protection against pests. Trust me on this one, I can't even imagine that there could possibly be a better pest control company in the Johnson City area than Ranger Pest Control. I'm an Active Duty, U.S. Army Retired, OCD, attention to detail guy, and this company gets the job done right. Airborne. Prices for treatments are very good and affordable also. If you ever need any monthly treatment, Ranger Pest is the best. Whoever comes to spray for us, communicates, is always super nice we could sit and talk forever, listens to any concerns and takes care of it, and goes above and beyond! Since Ranger Pest has been treating my home, we have no ants, spiders, beetles, In the house, If some ever try and sneak in, they are not living!

Brandon is always on time and professional. He took care of an extensive intrusion of carpenter ants and they never returned. He does a great job with monthly maintenance and always sends a reminder when it's time for the next appointment. As a plus, he accepts Venmo!

As a Realtor, we value our clients, their time and our relationships with our vendors. We hired Ranfer Pest Control for termite inspection of a home under contract. The first issue we had is they never scheduled the inspection with the selling agent, homeowners, myself or with the Supra system and scareded the homeowner by being in her home unannounced. Secondly, they do the inspection for termites as requested, send to the buyers for payment and that's it, no further communications. We call and text to speak to the inspector Brandon(no answer), finally early Friday we get a response that he will call us by end of day. Nothing not a call or text until Monday and I finally call and text that we are still awaiting a return call. Only be told by Brandon that they only do inspections and can't treat for termites. Why then was this not disclosed upfront, why take a payment knowing you can't complete the service I'd treatment is required.

Andy, thank you for your review. I would like to take time to respond to your concerns. First of all my office let you and your prospective buyer know of the inspection via text message and email. We received and responded to your text on 8/25/23 asking if we have supra access and we responded stating we do in fact have access, also we received yet another text confirming an appt. for the inspection to be done on 8/26/23 10am-12pm, your response was "great". We have never made contact with the selling agent or supra as this is not our policy. We have worked with realtors for eight years and have never confirmed an appt with supra, the buyers agent handles confirming that appt. As to the job we were hired for, the wdi inspection, we in fact did the job that we were hired to do and completed the job, then sent another email to the prospective buyer with a link to get the report in pdf form and make payments online. Infact, I tried calling you on 8/26/23 to inform you at that time there would need to be a termite treatment performed on this property and did not get an answer. I also spoke with the listing agent whom I showed the damage to because he was at the inspection and I informed him a treatment would need to be performed, and that Ranger Pest Control doesn't treat for termites. As to your comment on the missed call back to you on Friday 9/8/23 almost two weeks after you knew we had completed the inspection for your client, yes we dropped the ball and I forgot to call you back and for that I apologize. I did call you back first thing Monday morning 9/11/23. We had conversation that you, and I quote told me that your buyer" paid for the inspection and didn't look at the report to see that a treatment would need to be done". Ranger Pest Control hasn't performed termite treatments in at least three years. Nowhere on our website does it say we do termite treatments. So, as to "disclosing" information of a job we were not even hired to do I'm not sure exactly what there was left to disclose. You hired us to do a "termite inspection", which we did. Whether or not a termite treatment is necessary is based on the report, which we do, anything after that is not our responsibility. An inspection is simply an assessment of the situation, nothing more. That is what you hired us for and that is what we did, you yourself confirmed that in your review.<br>Thank you.<br>Ranger Pest Control
Enjoyed 2 nights at Zion. Plenty of things to do. Hike at your own ability. Friendly staff. Enjoyed the trail beside the Virgin River most of all.
Brandon was amazing! He did a thorough inspection and taught us about termites and all critters that could affect the home (we haven’t owned a home together so we needed the education!) He was very professional and personable. He gave us great advice on several different things that we wouldn’t have received from anyone else.
