Gave a star because the guy was very nice. However, the salesman who came to our home to sell the service reassured us multiple times that if they couldn't get rid of our wasps, we could cancel our contract without fee. We asked MULTIPLE times in multiple ways to make sure there wasn't a catch because we know these wasps are hard to get rid of. He assured us that if what they sprayed did not get rid of the problem, we could just cancel and would not owe anything. At first I didn't think much of it, we had had chicks in the porch and so he didn't do a very thorough spray to make sure the chicks weren't harmed. Once the chicks were out they did multiple full heavy spray. The guy said "i see them flying around but there's not much we can do" I ended up cancelling service after a few months because we were still gettting stung. That's when the real problems started, they refused to honor their guarantee and have now been blowing up my phone for a few months trying to get their almost $300 cancellation fee. I told them we were promised free cancellation if our problem wasn't taken care of and was met essentially with the response "we decide when your problem isn't taken care of, not you". So basically unless my wasps are a bother to THEM, they're not an issue worth cancelling our contract? The bait and switch won't get you too far in Northeast Tennessee, Go-Forth. I know you're newer to our area and that's a lesson you'll want to learn pretty quick in these parts.

Very pleased with today's service. I'm also grateful that they called before going and were thorough and very nice.

My technician Anthony was the best. He was very professional and knowledgeable. They get the job gone. They even clean around the window and blow away any debris where pest would hide on the outside of your property. Well worth the money.

!!! THOMAS DARLING!!!! These people are scammers when it comes to services. Scammed us into a 12 month contract. Came to our door with the impression it was a 1 time service for $60 and now we are locked into a 12 month commitment. There is a HEFTY cancellation fee. THOMAS DARLING scammed us.

While Mike was really nice and knew his stuff.. The sales rep that knocked on my door said he had a discount for me and told me he waived the initial fee. He said it would be a $59 charge every other month when the service technician came out. I was charged $59 on 06/25, $59 on 07/02, and $59 on 08/02 and they’ve only been out once so far. While I signed the agreement, we were standing outside in the heat and it was my mistake for trusting this sales rep. They charged me another $60 to close my account. Don’t be as easily fooled as I was. $240 for someone to come out and spray from wasps and ants was not worth it.

Go-forth pest control has been great to work with so far. They came to the neighborhood door to door and had a promotion where they waived the first visit fee ($250) and charged $60/month. We took it and then Gavin came out and did a great job answering questions and doing work around the house. I'm looking forward to not having to kill spiders every other evening for my wife and toddler. I would give 5 stars if there was a plan that didn't necessitate a 12 month contract. I have never been a fan of these types of agreements. Also, the buyout option to leave the contract is $250, the waived amount of the "sale" offering.
