Waited between 8:00am to 12:00pm on a Saturday for them to arrive and they arrived at 12:20pm. Not acceptable. Daniel was a very nice guy but I can tell upper management is quite incompetent.

We have a quarterly subscription with Northwest. They come out every 3 months and spray, and will also come out anytime in-between if anything arises. We have had troubles with wasps building nests near our front door and they always come out quickly to knock them down and spray. Matt is who generally services our property and he is the man!

Tried to scam us and say we had a bill for service and we never signed up with them. Previous homeowner had them, but they don't know who we are (not even addressed to us but to "new homeowner") and sent us a bill for service. Not a way to gain business.

They’ve helped us with big stuff but don’t go to them for rodent related issues. It doesn’t work and peanut butter on a trap is easily the better solution. They’ve locked us into contracts so I have to be patient but I can’t wait to be rid of this money grabbing company

Hendersonville area representative and the home office - Communication is atrocious! They’ll wait till the last possible second (night before or early the day of) to let you know they’re coming out. They’ll wait till don’t knock on doors to let you know they’re here, nor will they leave traps so we can place in the garage(if we’re gone). Had an employee show up as I’m in my attic doing work. Noticed he was here when I got ring notification of him jumping/unlocking my gate in order to get to back yard. Needless to say, I voiced my displeasure and canceled contract immediately. Company cares about money, not the customer!

Started new service paid 200$ then was set for quarterly and never received the 7-10 day follow up was also charged for July 3rd service and they never came and serviced. Wouldn’t recommend them period. Super unprofessional and don’t trust their word. Just basic uneducated salesman.

Tried throwing my money at this company to renew our service…no inspection was required to renew originally when they sent the renewal notice in the mail…Now no cooperation from them they are “required” to perform a full interior inspection to provide a quote to us to check for “previous” termite damage on our 1year old home. A few of my neighbors had different complaints about this company I gave them the benefit of the doubt but looks like I’ll take business elsewhere
