This company treats my neighbor's yard and I noticed last year they fogged long after pest season was over and we'd had a frost. From my understanding this can kill natural predators and make some issues like woolly aphids worse (which they were much worse last year in our yards). I called and spoke with the owner and asked him to consider this. He gave me a snide non-apology. Then they showed up the other day when it was 30 degrees in March and fogged. A good pest control company knows the good insects are needed for balance in the environment and takes a conservative approach. This company gets any constructive reviews taken down so they look like they only have 5-star reviews.

Bryan was fantastic, very professional, and responsive! As I am prepping to close on my new construction, utilizing a VA loan, I realized I needed a termite inspection. To top it off, I needed one quickly as my mortgage rate was only locked in for a few more days. Well, within 18 hours, Bryan with Armor showed up and thoroughly inspected the home and property. We were looking for a pest service company and did alot of research on quality, cost and professionalism. Several big name companies came out and we weren't impressed with cost. However, Bryan from Armor came out and he was super nice, very professional and personable. Exactly what we were looking for and the cost very reasonable. We've been working with him almost 2 years and he reminds us of upcoming maintenance/treatment schedule, so we really don't have to worry about anything!
