This company treats my neighbor's yard and I noticed last year they fogged long after pest season was over and we'd had a frost. From my understanding this can kill natural predators and make some issues like woolly aphids worse (which they were much worse last year in our yards). I called and spoke with the owner and asked him to consider this. He gave me a snide non-apology. Then they showed up the other day when it was 30 degrees in March and fogged. We were looking for a pest service company and did alot of research on quality, cost and professionalism. Several big name companies came out and we weren't impressed with cost. We have a quarterly subscription with Northwest. They come out every 3 months and spray, and will also come out anytime in-between if anything arises. We have had troubles with wasps building nests near our front door and they always come out quickly to knock them down and spray. Matt is who generally services our property and he is the man!
