They have charged my card twice and not provided any services. This company is a sham, DO NOT TRUST with your money. I used in past and had no problems and now, I’m not sure if they went out if business or what!!

The company that won't stop charging me. We moved. I've been charged multiple times. Calls, emails, online submissions- nothing will stop Mosquito Joe from continuing your service after you move away.

Didn't work past 1 day. And at nearly $100 per spray, saying this is disappointing is an understatement.

Usually, our customers see about an 80% reduction in mosquitoes after their first treatment, but it does take multiple sprays to break the lifecycle of this pest. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we are always happy to come back out and provide a boost treatment for free if you are still experiencing an influx of mosquitoes. This was once a five star review but I’m so disappointed by the customer service and the spray itself that I’m adjusting this down to one. Used Mosquito Joe for 1.5 years. Every sprayer I'd met was so nice and helpful, nothing against them. All last year it worked amazing but this year it just didn't work at all, we had soo many mosquitos. Wouldn't have left a review if it wasn't for the terrible customer service I received from Beth. Poor communication many times over this year. I switched to a different company and it has been night and day difference in mosquitos. Don't waste your time and money, their spray simply doesn't do anything sadly.

Perfect timing. We just started seeing mosquitoes again the day before I got my notice that Mo-Jo was coming for my next treatment. My technician, Mario, came out in the time window that was promised. He was prompt but thorough in completing the job.
