Our sellers waited for them to show for an inspection and they never did. So, I called to check in. The receptionist was extremely rude when letting me know that they did get there but couldn’t open the foundation door due to the ice… understandable. So, I asked her if her technician knocked on the door or requested help from the seller who was home and waiting. She refused to answer, continued being incredibly rude, and then hung up on me when another line started ringing. I am sure the technicians are fine, but I will never recommend this company again due to the unprofessional staff.
We had an appointment on Friday and they called and said the guys called in sick and wont be there . .so rescheduled for following Tuesday! I called 30 minutes before time to come out to make sure they were running on time . The person that answered the phone said oh no your orders are right here in front of me .I don't know why they didn't go out . So I said so your not coming? No mam . I said I'll call someone else .
I am highly disappointed in the service that was provided. The receptionist that works there is very rude and demeaning.

At this point, it’s been about six months and I still still have the same pest problem that I hired them for and it has never been resolved. The owner has came out to my property and I don’t have a problem with him personally, but I feel like for what I was paying for the problem should’ve been resolved by now. Every time I call into the office, I met with a receptionist that does not want to help me at all and I feel like she doesn’t like her job. She is extremely rude .The issue is always minimized. I have spent extra money trying to resolve the issue myself at this point. I feel very disappointed and own a business myself, and would never treat my clients the same way.

Called in today to ask a question & was told to Google the answer. The woman who answered the phone had a bad attitude & was rude. So even if they did good work, I wouldn't give them my business. Kinda wish Google hadn't popped up their name bc they don't deserve any recognition
Woman who answers the phone should be fired. Tried to call and make an appointment for an inspection and her response was soooo incredibly rude and unprofessional. I also had a nasty voicemail from her about calling during business hours, because I had the audacity to have left an inquiry voicemail mail at 5:30am when I got into work. And I’m sorry I just should have to deal with your attitude after a difficult hospital shift despite me being nothing but overly kind and understanding every time you copped a tone with me. Called around. Found someone else. Shame considering we’d been customers of yours years ago, and pleased at that point.
