The quality of this company as declined significantly since Kenny left. Despite receiving treatment from this company, I still ended up with a serious termite infestation. Once it became clear that the work was covered under warranty, Dale became nearly impossible to reach. It has now been over a month, and he has failed to honor both his work and the warranty. I had to hire another pest control company to correct the issue and a contractor to repair the damage to the home that his inspections failed to find.

Dealing with Dale for follow up service is horrible. At the beginning of the year, once he has your money for the initial service he quickly responds. If you need help after that, it'll take weeks before he comes down and retreats the area.

Service has been substandard. I have had annual service from owner, Dale, for over 10 years. This year his customer service is nonexistent for the most part. Had to call multiple times to get house sprayed for pests. Had to pay $650 up front for termite stations and they haven’t been installed. Company isn’t a member of Clarksville BBB—don’t know why. I will have to look for a new pest control company.

No phone number

I paid for a termite inspection and their report said no visible evidence of termites. A few months later I found lots of termites and old damage. Dale would not even return my call.

They were super nice and very honest. We will definitely continue to use them.

Called and got the voicemail to try to get service for my daughter's apartment and never got a returned phone call even though they were recommended.

Dale has taken care of our house for a while now. He always does a great job! He is very dependable, & honest. We have several dogs and cats of which Dale takes extra care of when spraying our house. I would definitely recommend

Dale is the man! I've NEVER had a issue with him and he's always been respectful and polite in my home and to me. Cheaper than servall and does the job better.

He over sprayed chemicals in my. Mothers yard killing her dog and posioning my dog to the point my dog was hositalized and it was confirmed though the vet that she was poisoned with insecticide. Dale was very rude excepting no responsibility!!!! I will be reporting him to the BBB as well!! Not Honest!! Owes me 800.00 in Vet bills!

I have been dealing with them for 3 years. The only people I want to go with. Very nice and reliable. Always here when they they will be and will even change appointment when needed. If we find problems they come right back no questions.

Called for ant problem and Dale was here in just over an hour. He inspected the entire perimeter and got into the crawl space. He said if it wasn't cleared up in 3 or 4 days he would come back out and re-spray at no added charge. He didn't try to sell me any packages. His price was very reasonable. He was very knowledgable and super nice. I would highly recommend his services. I will definitely use All Seasons again if needed.

We call had a problems with fleas Dale call us told told us what he coul do was here on time spray outside for in the garage for us then csme inside told us what he needed to do inside very nice said he would come back if needed we will use them again as long as it's DALE GOOD JOB DALE

Dale was awesome! Very reasonably priced and not only that they came out 4 times to make sure I was satisfied and make sure the wasps were gone (I'm HIGHLY allergic to them) and he said that if need be he would come out every week if need be... even in my shed I will use them for every job I need done!

This company is horrible! The man "in charge" is unprofessional and rude. Paid for them to spray for ants and the ants only got worse. Then trying to get them to come out to spray again took days to get ahold of the guy and a bunch of excuses. Then he finally sent out his other tech. Still didn't work, ants were still everywhere. Called to get a refund and he belittled me for being a woman! Wanted to speak to my husband even though I was the one who dealt with him up til now. After arguing that I couldn't get a full refund he had a change of heart and told me he would and come back out to spray for free. So I agreed. After almost a week of not hearing from him finally got ahold of him and spent 2 days getting more excuses to the point his tech came out finally(even though he insisted he'd do it himself). Then I had to go meet him at some park to get my refund. And on my refund receipt he completely lied that it was the weather's fault the treatment didn't work and that I was satisfied with his work. But I got my money back and guess what?? Ants are still everywhere!! Do not use this company!
