These people are horrible to deal with. Our builder chose them (we had zero say), which means they were the low bidder. No thanks. I have zero desire to work with any company any who devalues their own work. Be warned - if you ever contact them, they will never leave you alone. Horrible customer service the worst I have had ìn a long time. Will not be using them when contract is up. The ONLY reason I have them know is because my builder uses them for his new construction homes I had no choice who I could use. One star only because NO STARS is not an option. I signed up in September and paid $200. They said they would come out every 2 weeks. It is mid-November and they never came back out, but are now sending me another bill for money... I wrote them and asked to cancel service, as they FAILED to provide what they agreed to and advised me of multiple times.
