My service still isn’t complete. I was told that an electrician would be out the following week and I have yet to hear from or see anyone. I have called several times and have been advised that a manager will call me back but never receive a call. There is and has been a lack of communication as to when any service I am paying for is actually taking place. I never know til 15-20 minutes prior or they just show up. I am a victim of fraudulent service and reporting by this branch and company. My house is a mountain cabin in the woods! That’s not a surprise, until you report termite damage. Then they blame…leaves! I have paid for full pest control for over 6 years, including bait stations for termites. Why? Because I live IN THE WOODS! We paid greater than $12000 for encapsulation and dehumidifier, and termite treatment. Six plus weeks later (after multiple calls to local and regional office) we have yet to receive requested warranty, check new humidifier, and replace two vents as promised. Visited their business site. It is just a call center. I passed aTerminex truck coming into neighborhood this evening. Quickly learned it wasn't to service our needs. Initial evaluation and treatment great, then no service . STAY FAR FAR F
