Very happy with Bug Busters. The technician Mathew is always timely and courteous and willing to explain the process. Not only does he spray for bugs, but he also removes any spider webs around the house. The best thing about the company is they will come out anytime to resolve issues, and that’s included in the service.

Effective treatment depends not only on professional service but also on full cooperation with preparation requirements. Treatments cannot work as intended if we’re unable to access all areas, apply all recommended methods, or if preparation steps (such as reducing clutter and clearing treatment zones) are not completed.<br><br>We care about delivering successful outcomes, and we did everything possible within the conditions and limitations present during service. Update: 3 weeks ago I had my house treated. I think that the treatment was done wrong by Jake (the technician) based on what Steven and the lady over the phone told me would happen. I notified them 3 days later that I still had live bugs. I was told they don't work on the weekends so I should call back on Monday if the bugs are still there. I called back Monday and was told by Steven that a supervisor would come out the following Monday and that no one else would be coming out before then. I still have live bugs and have yet to see anyone. Steven was the best professional I've met for awhile. Very nice and polite and knowledgeable

This company is full of liars and scammers. They came to inspect my mom's house and offered her all the bells and whistles she said she wanted mattress protectors too and they said okay to begin with and then told her to purchase them off Amazon and that they wouldn't put them on for her. She's 70 and disabled and I am also disabled. And then when they showed up they didn't do the treatment right and she still has bugs. Also, they claimed because she was there on her open air patio all day that that was somehow a violation of the warranty, the person who sold her the package said it was okay for her to stay there. Now they are saying she has to wait til Monday and call them back to see if the bugs are still there. Really? It shouldn't take almost a whole week to see a difference. I wouldn't recommend these lying fraudsters to anyone.
Company creates fake invoices in order to charge for services that haven’t yet been completed. They were hours late to each service, they charged me 2 times for the initial fee and are extremely opaque about their prices.

Not at all happy. I called this morning went through some stuff with Jessa, I told her what I needed which is a Termite Inspection. She checked on my location and said they did service my area, but she needed to contact a field rep and asked if she could call me back. That would take 30 minutes, ok. She did not call back, so I called them. It was Jessa again this time she said they did not service my area. Well, the internet says Bug Buster does service my area, all I got was sorry. Hell of a way to do business or not do business.

I have to say that if you want someone to show up you better go with someone else. I have had issues with them about my payment and other issues since June of 2024. I was on auto pay had correct information and they did not take payment for 3 months, had a time scheduled and never showed up. Called and they confirmed that it was their fault took all the payments in 1 payment then wanted me to make another payment. I tried to resove issue and no one ever contacted me back. They will take payment when they want and then blame it on the customer. I have had to contact them EVERY month since June. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They have the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. They are really responsive when you want to sign the contract and for them to take your money.. However they sya people come qaurterly. I have had to call people after three months to schedule someone to come out and when I do they confirm the tech is coming but then the tech never comes. Or the tech has to reschedule and then never comes. I was able change my contract from a monthly plan to quartely but decided to cancel since no one comes. I was then charged 60% of my remaining contract.. I have been harrased bout getting this payment to them via emails and letters and phone calls, I have called them to try and negotiate but all I got was "Someone will call you back after I talk with your account manager" well I guess the account manager is afraid of confrontation because I have never received a call back to discuss this further. I would highly suggest doing plenty of research before signing the contract with this company.

Our information was sold to Bug Busters when our original bug service closed down. Instead of calling first or sending a letter, some random guy named Logan showed up unannounced and attempted to both spray the house and talk us into signing a long term contract (never had a contract with the prior company). We refused and told him we no longer needed their services. 1) Don't send a stranger to someone's house who's never heard of your company and start asking for money. 2) Only a fool signs a contract for pest control. You come and spray the house, I pay you; end of transaction.

They sent me an email asking for a review.. sure, happy to let everyone know how awful they are. They recently scheduled to show up on Monday between 1 and 3, then they showed up randomly on Friday instead. We have exterior spray and termite service through them, they were supposed to do the termite bait station maintenance this visit and did not.. I have to call them yet again. I spend more time on the phone with them trying to get them to do their job than they actually spend here fulfilling what we are paying for. At this point I'm not sure why I'm still paying them. Due to laws, it's not easy to change termite companies without a large upfront expense. Our company that we loved sold out to Bug Busters.. it is so unfortunate that we now feel stuck with this subpar service.

This company has some decent exterminators. If only the exterminators that actually did the spraying ran the company. We had nothing but trouble from them from the beginning with the people on the phone/in the office being rude and unprofessional, with their billing department double billing and more, and with them not letting us know when they were coming out. My aunt tried to call them for a consultation and estimate and they never even showed up after she waited all day on them-she dodged a bullet! On top of all this, we were lied to about being under contract and I am going to have to pay them extra they don’t deserve, but I am so desperate to get away from them I don’t know that I care at this point! Lastly, I mentioned to them how my card number had been stolen two times since it had been put in their system and they seemed completely unconcerned about this or about the fact that their system may have been hacked! Buyer beware -do you not use these people! Edit: This is a lie about the number of times. Amazing that you can’t even keep up with that. And the only reason we have been on the phone that much had been because of your mistakes. Also, I realized what I signed, but I specifically asked about the part of the “contract” (code for I pad picture) you are referring and was told no it was not an agreement for a year-I could cancel at anytime. Again bully on me for trusting your word of mouth and not getting in writing-but it’s ok-problem solved now. This also does not change the fact that you never sent me the agreement or that acted unprofessional or lied to me. Also I am glad to know you investigated your system(my bank is the one who suggested I tell you to do this-I did so out of my own professionalism and kindness-so I don’t expect you to understand), hoping you are telling the truth. This service agreement—the one you willingly signed—details our transparent cancellation policy directly to the left of your signature. Having been in business since 1984, we know how vital it is to be open and honest with your customers, which is just one reason we plainly list our cancellation policy and any other terms directly on the service agreement. Additionally, after having investigated your allegations of a “hacked” system, we have concluded that this is false. We use a secure third-party processing system to ensure the utmost in security for our customers.<br><br>Since you initiated services with our company in January as referenced above, we have been out to your home a total of 5 times (2 regular services and 3 call-backs), have spoken on the phone with you at least 14 times (10 calls with our Customer Service Center, 1 call with our Customer Service Manager, and 3 calls with our Chattanooga Branch Manager), and exchanged numerous text messages and email messages. Ultimately, we appreciate our customers and recognize that without them, we would have no business. We also believe that sometimes, a company and a customer aren’t a match, which seems to be the case here. We believe that we went above and beyond to provide attentive, top-notch service to help protect your home and family from ants, (non-German) cockroaches, spiders, and earwigs.
