we’ve been using GPM for 4+ years now and they’ve always been super prompt fast and flexible. i’ve never really had a “pest company” before i usually just get a big bottle of raid and go to town but these guys are the bomb and they get da job done
Everyone at GPM, from the office staff to the field technicians, really cares about what they do, and it shows. They always go the extra mile and make the whole process easy. Honestly, I wouldn’t use anyone else.
GPM truly is the best. I’ve used them for a year now and vetted several other companies before landing on them. They genuinely care and it’s great to see the same technician every month.
We have used GPM for many years and have nothing but good things to say about them. They are thorough in the service they provide and very responsive to our needs. I thoroughly recommend GPM Termite. You will be very happy with their services.

This company has absolute top notch individuals who care about their customers. Last week, one of my neighbors was helping out with weed eating around my ditch. He had fallen in my ditch And injured himself. Daniel and another employee stopped what they were doing to see if they could help him. Then they let me know what happened. I have utilized their service for a few years now, and they feel more like friends than just an exterminator. Thank you for always helping me and for helping my elderly neighbor.

Great service! They go above and beyond every company I have used before. Tech always asks if we have any specific problems or anything he needs to address. Other companies have tried to get my business, I always tell them I can’t imagine anyone doing a better job.

We’ve been using GPM for the past five years, and they have been absolutely amazing! After spending a lot of money with other companies trying to resolve our pest issues, GPM and our tech, Hunter, have made a huge difference. Hunter is always professional, thorough, and keeps our home bug fee all year long. Their service is reliable, effective, and worth every penny. Highly recommend!

We’ve been using GPM for almost a year now and we are so pleased with our quarterly pest control services. They come out once a month for services and we always get an invoice showing what services were preformed along with what bugs are targeted. We also had a mouse in our basement and they took care of it! Noah is our service technician and he always is so friendly and does a great job. We appreciate them and everything they do. Also, Kathy is always so sweet anytime I call to ask a question or whatever my need may be! Definitely would recommend to anyone in the Chattanooga or north GA areas!

Daniel and his team are the absolute best in the business. We have been using their service for several years now and we will continue to use their service even if we were to buy another house. We never have any issues and if there was they are just a call away. They check in to make sure to inquire about any issues we are facing and really go above and beyond in making sure we can enjoy normal life without having to worry about pest. Highly recommend.

I've used GPM Termite and Pest Solutions for years as they are a small company and I live up the road from them. The technicians have always been friendly. I've recently found myself with financial constraints and called the office to see if I could switch to a less regular service. I spoke with Kathy, who not only isn't customer facing, is down-right rude, unwilling to provide solutions, brash and very abrupt. Because of my conversation today with Kathy alone and as a customer who has given them years of work, I canceled my service and she could not have cared less. I was even pleasant and told her my situation and asked her to take a positive approach. Such a terrible experience that I will now go out of my way to not recommend them to people. Unprofessional and unnecessary.

If you remember our conservation, I offered my condolences 3 different time on your recent situation that merited this call. I tried to explain to you that GPM only offers monthly service. Our protocol is that we guarantee our service based on a monthly service schedule. I did offer a hold in service until things balanced for you. There are no other solutions I had to offer. We wish you only well. We would love the opportunity to serve you again, as well as many other customers, who have faced this situation and offered this same solution and they accepted.

I have received services from them for a very long time and a took such a long time to complete be done and I call for canceling and they where very rude when I try to explain I was not happy with the service! I don’t recommend. 01/17/2023

The services were performed according to defined schedule (even additional services at no charge). You had signed a contract because pest control isn't a one and done deal; it takes time to fully resolve an infestation as we explained initially. We’re sorry you were dissatisfied with the service, but you assure that you have followed best practices and standard operating procedures according to company policy.
