we’ve been using GPM for 4+ years now and they’ve always been super prompt fast and flexible. i’ve never really had a “pest company” before i usually just get a big bottle of raid and go to town but these guys are the bomb and they get da job done

This company has absolute top notch individuals who care about their customers. Last week, one of my neighbors was helping out with weed eating around my ditch. He had fallen in my ditch And injured himself. Daniel and another employee stopped what they were doing to see if they could help him. Then they let me know what happened. I have utilized their service for a few years now, and they feel more like friends than just an exterminator. Thank you for always helping me and for helping my elderly neighbor.

We’ve been using GPM for almost a year now and we are so pleased with our quarterly pest control services. They come out once a month for services and we always get an invoice showing what services were preformed along with what bugs are targeted. We also had a mouse in our basement and they took care of it! Noah is our service technician and he always is so friendly and does a great job. We appreciate them and everything they do. Also, Kathy is always so sweet anytime I call to ask a question or whatever my need may be! Definitely would recommend to anyone in the Chattanooga or north GA areas!

Daniel and his team are the absolute best in the business. We have been using their service for several years now and we will continue to use their service even if we were to buy another house. We never have any issues and if there was they are just a call away. I've used GPM Termite and Pest Solutions for years as they are a small company and I live up the road from them. The technicians have always been friendly. I've recently found myself with financial constraints and called the office to see if I could switch to a less regular service. I spoke with Kathy, who not only isn't customer facing, is down-right rude, unwilling to provide solutions, brash and very abrupt. Because of my conversation today with Kathy alone and as a customer who has given them years of work, I canceled my service and she could not have cared less. I was even pleasant and told her my situation and asked her to take a positive approach. Such a terrible experience that I will now go out of my way to not recommend them to people. Unprofessional and unnecessary.

Monthly bug control

I have received services from them for a very long time and a took such a long time to complete be done and I call for canceling and they where very rude when I try to explain I was not happy with the service! I don’t recommend. 01/17/2023
