Great company, Love getting texts in advance of quarterly visit to see if we have any specific issue that needs to be addressed inside or out. This way I am not having to hand around if i don't need to be. Focus in the fall is bees, stink bugs and lady bugs. Pest Tech has us covered.

This is not a normal company... Pest Tech is truly Incredible! I have had them provide protection for multiple homes over the years and they are life savers. They warned me about leaky pipes, were flexible when I needed more time on payments. They make me laugh when they send out their calendars. They are kind, helpful, and go the extra mile. You are spending too much if you don't have them and are missing out on incredible service.

We switched to Pest Tech from a larger company and are very happy with our decision. Dan and Stephen are great to work with, and we are always kept in the loop. They got rid of a large yellow jacket nest in our front yard that took multiple treatments. Quarterly treatments are performed outside only, which makes it easy to schedule, and also means no chemicals inside. Scheduling is done via text and payments are done electronically. Love doing business with Pest Tech!

I've been using Pest Tech since 2021. It has been a most positive experience. Dan & his team are VERY knowledgeable and dependable. Honestly, they're like family! If you need a good and honest pest company...I highly recommend them!! They are AWESOME!!!!! Oh...and devoted at getting the job done! If the pests come back, so do they !!

Dan and his team were so helpful and knowledgeable, used them for 6 months now. I have recently moved and eagerly await there initial visit. Scheduled online and they quickly called to see if they could come out sooner. Great customer service here.

Been using Pest Tech for a few years now and couldn’t be happier. The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I also refer them to many of my clients for termite inspections because they are so thorough and detail oriented. They are a locally owned company and I will go nowhere else.

Just look at their response to a simple request, that was literally life and death for the animals here. Now ask yourself if this is where you want to spend your money.

I called Pest Tech last year on the recommendation of a tree specialist. They agreed to treat my three hemlock trees in the next spring. I measured the trees and was given an estimate. They called recently to schedule! Perfectly on time without any reminder. A certified specialist came, treated the trees and the bill was what was promised. I couldn’t be more pleased. I also got a good evaluation of the health of the trees and some useful tips.

Pest Tech has been servicing my residence since 2019. They were amazing in the beginning and getting the rodent problem taken care of. They have been routinely doing the maintenance to keep away the pest. They all are amazing people and they are still doing an amazing job as well. I definitely would and have recommended them and will continue to do so.

Pest Tech is an extremely dependable company and does a great job! Highly recommend them!

Edit: That passive aggressive response was unnecessary. I called you crying multiple times leaving messages you never responded to. I review saying as much and your only 'professional' response is next time call 911? You'd rather make fun of peoples' phobias than being responsible and showing empathy. I wasn't a new customer. I'd been with your company for years and you don't care. If I could leave no stars, I would. Original: I used to have nothing, but rave reviews for this company, but recently their customer service has gotten absolutely terrible. We moved and were establishing services at the new house. Our previous technician was great and we had no problems. The new technician seemed inexperienced. He tried to tell us we had termites. When I asked him to explain what he saw, he admitted he'd never actually seen termites in person. I confirmed with our home inspector and new service it was carpenter bees. He told us he was unable to reach the attic as he had no ladder and that someone would be out another day to check the attic. Two days later it was same guy and he thought we had bought a ladder. When I reminded him we didn't, he admitted he read the work order wrong. He then said he could make it work and used a step stool we had and jumped up into the attic. The last straw was when he left, he had left the entrance to the attic completely open right after giving me a long summary of all the pest evidence he found up there. I called and texted the main number for the company asking them to come back out (no ladder). I have an intense phobia of rodent animals (hence why I have pest control). No one ever responded. My calls and texts became increasingly frantic with still no response. After 15 minutes he showed back up, said "My bad" and closed the attic and left. I NEVER received a response from the home office. Not a 'So sorry, he's on his way back now' or 'We do apologize for the stress and inconvenience, it won't happen again'. This was several days ago with still no contact from the main office on what happened (I was literally crying in the voicemails). My husband ended up calling to cancel our service and when he cited this incident, their only response was "Well, there's not always someone there to answer the phone". The voicemail says if you need immediate response, text this number. I did that...seven times. They've also refused to answer either of us about a refund on the traps that were only here for a week. They've written us off and kept our money.

A more than capable company

I am renting a property and had someone from this company show up today to remove traps. This is because the house recently switched owners. I spoke to the pest control person who showed up; he explained he needed to remove traps and I told him he needed to speak to the homeowner before he could come on the property. (I am a young woman, home alone, with an uninvited stranger on my porch attempting to enter the backyard/side of house ect). I have dogs and it’s a liability for someone to be letting themselves into my yard. At first, he didn’t think I was home and was proceeding to enter the yard regardless. A huge problem. This is extremely unprofessional and worrisome. After I explained that he/I needed to speak to the property owner before proceeding, he dismissed what I said, and said he was going to grab the traps anyway, and then walked around to the side of the house to the gate. After that I went inside and locked the doors hoping he would leave shortly, which he did after circling the home. If this is how this company routinely conducts business I would recommend avoiding them. The employees here need some serious training. Please do not enter people’s properties without permission from the owner, if traps need to be removed, at MINIMUM, send a letter of notice beforehand, and if a young woman is asking a grown STRANGER to exit the property until I can confirm identity & permission with the homeowner & company that this is valid, LEAVE.
