Absolutely unacceptable. Your door-to-door salespeople came through my neighborhood today, apparently forgetting that many homeowners have security cameras with audio. Mine clearly recorded them calling my home "a dump" and making insulting remarks about other homes in the neighborhood, referring to them as "dumpy." Imagine trying to earn business from people while openly mocking their homes. It was arrogant, disrespectful, and incredibly unprofessional. If this is how your employees behave when they think no one is listening, it raises serious questions about your company's culture and the standards you expect from your staff. First impressions matter, and this one guaranteed that I will never do business with your company. I hope management reviews their employees' conduct and holds them accountable, because no potential customer should be treated with this level of disrespect.
