UPDATE: Had to cancel services after 3 short months. Customer service expectations and communication was not there. Had issues with scheduling , getting answers, management would not return phone calls and now regretting paying $8000 for attic restoration, they used broken equipment per the tech that was out there. Update: Not only do we STILL have the same problem ONE YEAR later, we called to cancel our monthly service because we were tired of paying them money to do something we can do better ourselves and turns out they did not actually cancel our service. After having Orkin for a while, I'm editing my review to reflect the predatory lending practices that I experienced with this company. I had a mice infestation that definitely needed to be fixed. Joe and Mark (inspectors) came to my house and told me all about the work that needed to be done on my house. I was agreeable to financing the work.
