Justin is always professional. He is always pleasant and is always able to let me know what my services include. His work is always done. He always gives me a call to let me know how far out he is. He's a great guy.

Anthony has been our tech for a few years now and always very personable, professional, and a pleasure to talk with. Croach is very lucky to have Anthony as a tech representing their company!

Chris is a tech that takes the time to go over the whole house, finds things no one else has in 15 years. He is a keeper with Croach... Just don't let him go...LOOK FORWARD TO NEXT SERVICE WE CAN TRUST CROACH. Just please Loxk the rear gate so dogs dont get out..

Nice people but I paid them to get rid of a mole in my backyard and three services later the mole is still here and now tearing up my front yard too. They actually tried to schedule me to pay for the service again instead of doing another round at no charge. Why would I pay twice for a service that I already paid three times for yet didn’t even work?

Was not told I was signing up for a subscription service. I tried to cancel and after several phone calls I was told it would be a breach of contract if I canceled. And they would charge me nearly $200 for cancellation. Will NEVER use them again.

An inconvenience and no respect for Your time . They have no set time they will show up so you have to work around their schedule even after having scheduled . We’ll show up Between 1-6pm to service indoor and outdoor “ so you want me to stay home and I can’t run my errands because you as a business don’t have an organized or manageable schedule regarding clients you take ??? And that’s the service I’m paying for ?

Terrible experience. They sprayed my entire sunroom, drenching walls, curtains, floors, furniture. Had to have the whole room cleaned, and they refuse to pay for the cleaning. This was in Charlotte - not sure what division is responsible, but stay away!

Agreed to try this service as a young recent college graduate knocked on my door. Told me I could try it and cancel it anytime. I agreed. I have tried 3 times to cancel the service but they are holding be under an annual contract - it cost $129 a month for them to wipe away spiders. TOTAL scam. Had to pay $200 to get out of my contract. They were rude when I called each time. Please use SOMEONE else for your outside pest control.

Beware! Son was an unfortunate victim of this business in SC. Just getting the word out. The Croach Pest Control door to door sales person took advantage of a young USAF airman who didn't know realize he was signing a contract. Expensive service, still had bugs, and charged a $200 fee to cancel service. Life lesson for him. Shame on you. Not a good look!

The service was awful. When the sales person came to the door we were lied to about the cost and the service they would be performing. They did not provide the complete service they said they would. When we called to complain they just gave us the same explanation about eggs that we already knew every time. Then after our second service the spider population was even worse then it’s ever been at our house. When we called to cancel due to all these issues they told us we had to pay 200 dollars to cancel which the sales person never told us. Deborah barely tried to help us with all of our issues and accused us of not working with her and being flexible when we said we wanted to cancel.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will scam you into a yearly contract. My technician never relayed that I would be locked into a year contract and I signed on his phone thinking I was authorizing a ONE TIME Payment for a ONE TIME Pest Service. I notice I got charged a few months later and they said when I authorized the first payment that I was authorizing the company to continue services for a year. I am active duty military and it would not make any sense for me to sign a year contract knowing I’m deploying within a few months. What they are doing is absolutely ILLEGAL. I plan to file a complaint to the better business bureau.

This is how my experience went. First application was fine and they tell you they will schedule a 30 day follow up application to kill any remaining eggs to make sure they get everything. GREAT…. If they didn’t cancel that and not reschedule the appointment. Okay fine people make mistakes. Fast forward to the first quarterly application. Tech cancels AGAIN and we reschedule for a Saturday morning. Between the hours of 8-12. Tech rolls up at 2:30 quickly does the application and tells me he is leaving the company due to poor management. Now after this we still have an unusual amount of spiders. Call to cancel my contract and explain the level of service to the manager. She says that I can have free reapplications. Excuse me? Why else would you offer that unless you didn’t believe in your own services. I also thought that the reapplication would get probably get rescheduled so why bother. I’d rather be friends with the spiders in my house than call this poor excuse of a business to get rid of them. At least I can count on the spiders being at my house when they should be.

Their representative came to my door to sell their services. I respectfully told him I had a pest control company already, he ignored me and kept talking, then I told him I wasn't interested and he followed that up with trying to setup an appointment which I declined and finally I had to get rude with him to get him to leave. Very unprofessional
