Completely DONE with this company! My last service call was a nightmare... and I was ready to dump them... do I really want to pay a "fee.. for breaking contract"... no I don't but after what happened THIS PAST WEEKEND... absolutely... I pay these people just about 60 bucks a months.. for quarterly service cause I don't have them here in between so THEY ARE MAKING MONEY off of my account.. Last week I made an appt for them to come and inspect my daughter's 3 bedroom apartment... I wanted to add

I am so disappointed with this pest control.. we have been loyal customers for over two years. We began seeing multiple cockroaches, spiders, grasshoppers, etc since having the exterior AND interior sprayed on July 3rd. We began noticing even more cockroaches over time, so we reached out on August 10th to have someone come respray. We did not get a response until August 20th and were told someone would come out on August 23rd and they took $25 off our service (great right!?!?) …no. NO ONE showed

Company is a joke. Fair warning DO NOT USE THEM they will take your money. They will lie until you sign the contract then after you sign you mean ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to them and I’m not joking you mean nothing but a monthly payment. They won’t answer your calls they won’t come back to respray they won’t even come back and spray for what you paid for lol. I brought my 3 cats to my Airbnb let them stay for a night and there were no bugs after but evergreen can’t get rid of bugs with CHEMICALS…. CH
