I started using Dodson's almost two years ago and I'm starting to forget what it was like to have bugs in the house! They do great work and all of their employees we have worked with have been extremely nice and helpful. When they come, they explain exactly what they are doing treatment wise and why. Was with them over a year. They messed up my auto pay at least 4 times. Had my card on file and I had to call in every other month to fix it. Then had the audacity to threaten to send me to collections. They never attempted to call me once and apparently sent emails to the wrong email (their typo error)???? Very rude on the phone. Do not recommend. Also told me I didn’t have a termite bond. Weird as I definitely did. Also why did my pest technician who has my cell phone for all my servicing neve

Wish I could give them less that a one star. Had them at my house repeatedly n still have a pest problem. Only thing they did was send me more bills. Quoted one price by the technician, was given several discounts for Military n other coupons. Only to have the Office bill me at full price. I don’t mind paying for a service, but when you tell them you still have bugs n all you get is another service call n another bill. I called another company n WOW no more bugs
