Had issues with scheduling , getting answers, management would not return phone calls and now regretting paying $8000 for attic restoration, they used broken equipment per the tech that was out there. Sprout Tech has been servicing my property since day one. We’re three years in and we’re still weed free. No grub worms or any other annoying pest. Our recent service was performed by Adam. I started using Dodson's almost two years ago and I'm starting to forget what it was like to have bugs in the house! They do great work and all of their employees we have worked with have been extremely nice and helpful. When they come, they explain exactly what they are doing treatment wise and why. I contacted Jason to repair a serious water main leak. As soon as he arrived, Jason got down on his knees, emptied the water from the meter box and immediately diagnosed the problem as a blown gasket on the water meter flange that connected to the house. It was an easy repair and told me to call City of Columbia and ask them to effect the repair. An hour later, City of Columbia came to my house and repaired the leak at no cost to me. The day before a contractor (who didn't do what Jason did)

He and then Spout Tech team have done a terrific job improving the lawn… compared to another company I had used in the past.
