I contacted Jason to repair a serious water main leak. As soon as he arrived, Jason got down on his knees, emptied the water from the meter box and immediately diagnosed the problem as a blown gasket on the water meter flange that connected to the house. It was an easy repair and told me to call City of Columbia and ask them to effect the repair. An hour later, City of Columbia came to my house and repaired the leak at no cost to me.
