I would NOT recommend them unless you want your money stold out of your bank account,then when you call about it the response you get is the computer charged when it wasn't supposed to. Then they send a text message saying you need to settle you bill like they done more than the initial visit for $150 the follow up was supposed to be included in the initial visit for $150 but they keep running my debit card till I had to close my bank account I guess have to get a lawyer to get my money back then what ever else he needs to do

OMG Best pest management companny in the upstate and possibly beyond. Lucas was like my personal pest management consultant, going above and beyond the call of duty. He came to my house several times often w little or short notice from me to check moisture readings under my house. He is awesome and Walker is lucky to have such a dedicated employee!

Drew was on time, super helpful and not a pushy salesman like we’re used to getting in the neighborhood. Will definitely use them again!

We have 7 kids. 13 to 6 and one on the way. The roaches got out of control nothing was working. They are German roaches a very hard roach to get rid of. We was already to get rid of the roaches I already had a quote price of $150 may go up a little but not much I was told. The Walker's man showed up on time very nice very well put together. Done his inspection and informed us that it was going to be $350 that they have moved from room to room and it was going to take more work etc... We don't have $350 just to be passing out. so considering that they are a family owned business maybe they would understand seven children and a baby on the way that we just don't have $350 sitting around. If he could please split my payments $150 one week $150 the next week. I was told that they couldn't do it because running the card cost $5 every time they slide it through their machine so they couldn't split the payments for me. I then told them that I would pay the $10 it was going to cost them but still they couldn't help a lower class family out.

We have used Walker for quite sometime now. We have always had great service! Dan is our representative and have always been pleased with him workmanship in treating our home!

As of right now, it's pending. Having some issues. Want them to have a chance to figure something out to fix the issues and then I will update my review. But I can't say enough about the people that I've encountered from the office to Dan coming out for spraying. Some of the absolute nicest people you could ever meet. And I have appreciated everything they have done so far. My hopes is that things get under control quickly and we continue to do business together.

We unfortunately inherited a house that hadn’t been treated in a while, and very slowly over time, we ended up with a BIG (as in large) roach problem. I am horrified when I see one, and I was seeing them almost every day. We had already used Walker for termite protection (they were recommended by a Greenville native) so I asked them for help with this HORRIBLE problem. It took a few visits, but they have totally eradicated the issue. They even obliged when I asked them to use some growth inhibitors to be extra sure our problem will go away. I am SOOOOO happy. I was about to sell my house and move! And they’ve been on time always, and so pleasant to be around.

Absolutely would recommend Walker Pest Management to anyone who was quality service. Always on time and very professional. Drew always does a thorough job each and every time and often goes above and beyond. Thanks for the great service!

Did a great job for me

My Techncian Buddy was not only on time but contacted me to come 45 min earlier which was great. He was kind, courteous and professional. Treated My home inside, outside, and underneath in the crawlspace. He was completed in less than an hour. I feel I got the protection and service I was looking for and wont hesitate to call them again if/when needed. Thanks Buddy and Walker Pest Management!

Thank you Walker Pest Management for taking care of our home and my parents home. They have been excellent to work with for scheduling, even when we are hard to reach they have been able to text or email which is so convenient for us. Both of our houses are pest free and the technicians that come out are amazing, thoughtful, and knowledgeable in their field. They are always happy to answer questions we have. On the off occasion we have a problem between visits they are quick to get back out and address the situation quickly. We recommend Walker Pest to anyone looking for a quality, trustworthy pest control service.

Not sure who young man in charge of scheduling is, but you need to get the female back. This guy is not very helpful or accomodating to peoples schedules. Hopefully the next company I choose they will be a little more helpful.
