I like the fact that you offer multiple services for our home maintenance. We have used Davis Services for electrical maintenance, HVAC maintenance, Termite service and pest control. We are always satisfied both with your in office staff and your service technicians.

I had a bad outlet outside on the pole and it took out all the power on the back porch. The Davis election had it all up and working in under 35 minutes. Unfortunately I can't say what it cost because I had insurance through Duke energy. But if I had to guess under $500? ,vit shouldn't have been any more than that but I never saw what they charged. I do suggest that if you need a hot water heater to completely avoid them. The installer was a crook and replaced new parts I never needed. Didn't realize it until he left trying to soak me $350 on top of the $1,500 that my insurance covered. on top of that the water heater was a piece of crap and I'm already saving up for a new one because this one doesn't even produce enough hot water to fill the tub twice for the kids baths. Adding up both services as far as what my total charges were. But don't trust the PLUMBING DIVISION! Hope this helps others?

Technician was prompt, professional and personable. Got right to work and within 30 minutes was loading his tools back into his Van. Everything looks just as it should You're good to go for a cool summer. Having called on Davis Services in the past, I expected nothing less.

I have been with Davis Services since I moved here in 2019. They have always been very professional, on time and they never push "extra" stuff on you. I have used so many services in the past that have always found something wrong on every inspection. Davis is always honest and gives me honest answers when inspecting my equipment. I am glad to have found a reliable HVAC company. 2026 Update, I am still with Davis Services, they came out last year to replace my HVAC unit. I honestly couldn't be happier with their services. After all these years, they deilvered with honesty, being on-time, never any pressure and complete transparency. I still recommend Davis Services for any of your HVAC needs. August 2026 Update: I recently called them for some minor warranty work involving an insulation issue. The HVAC itself was running fine, but they were at my house within two hours and quickly took care of the problem. Excellent response time and service. I still highly recommend this company!

I am not trying to be disrespectful,, i am trying to get my parents stuff together because they are too good of people to be used! It’s not right! i don’t understand why it matters if I am the “son of a customer” We paid 800 to get the unit up and running. And the technician even said “don’t have flaring tool, so I may need to come back and fix it” and it’s still broke? And you’re right we got it from Costway! You all shouldn’t have took job if you couldn’t fix! And your electricians said “ I will bring a tamp out and fix it in a few days.” Well that was months ago If your not going to do what you said your going to do. Then just say that. Thanks Zimmermans

Fantastic service. I called the day my air unit went out and Austin was here by mid afternoon. He looked at my air unit and replaced the motor compositor so fast I couldn’t believe it. I was in the house and felt air come on . He was so kind and friendly and very knowledgeable about his job. I’m actually glad this happened today so I got to meet this nice young man. Thanks for getting me cooled off so fast !
