My husband and I just bought our first home in Inman, and we've had two services with Pest Management Solutions so far! The owners, David and his wife, are responsive, friendly, and offer affordable services. Zeier, the tech, does great work, is also very friendly, and we've seen very little critters in between services. We've been nothing but satisfied! Highly recommend, and also recommended by a friend.

Pest Management Solutions is one of the best businesses! They are always so kind and helpful! Zeier is the guy who comes out to our house quarterly and sprays outside and sometimes inside when asked! Zeier has been the lead service tech for pest control service at my home for over 5 years. Scheduling is easy and I always know ahead of time when to expect him to arrive. They are also flexible with my schedule as well. Great customer service. I have recommended Pest Management to friends.

According to the endless 5 star reviews this company must be great. However my experience was far from great. I lived out of state and hired this company to take care of a squirrel that had gained access to our attic. The tech (the owners son) was working in the attic when suddenly his foot punctured the ceiling. In addition he damaged one of the lines connecting the furnace to the thermostat. When we told David the owner what happened he was initially helpful...but once it came time to fix the thermostat i received a ton of pushback and i had to spend nearly $700 to get the themostat wiring repaired myself. By the way- the painting was never completed and im still looking at the patchwork. (I'm sure there will be a response from the owner stating that we never chose the paint color....excuse me sir....why is this now our issue? Your company broke it....YOU need to match the paint! They also told us they would return to check the traps they placed in the attic....NOPE! This was all supposed to be taken care of in January of 2020 and now it is April of 2020. I recently moved back into the house and the squirrels ARE STILL an issue!!! I walked around my home and EASILY found the location where the squirrels are getting in!!! WHAT???? A hole in my ceiling....a damaged thermostat....and paying for a service to be done and getting NOTHING is infuriating!! I dont have time to haggle with the owner...i'm not interested in taking legal action....i won't even bother attempting to get a refund. As a consumer the one thing we have is social media and all I can do is tell others of my recent personal experience with this company. Once again...everyone else's 5 star ratings may be well deserved....but the tri-fecta of poor service, damage to my property and lack of accountability for the company workers is inexcusable.

I'm so sorry your experience didn't meet your standards as we share your very high standards. As discussed in our last text correspondence I would rather have a phone conversation as opposed to the texting since you lived out of town at that time and were unable to see things for yourself. The last I heard from you regarding the thermostat was that you were going to get an electrician to prove fault but I haven't heard back since then. Our pictures and videos show that the thermostat was wired directly to the unit in the attic and there were no breaks in the wire.<br><br>The original reason we were out there was for mice which is documented in our receipt which you have a copy. While I was there repairing the crack in the ceiling I checked all the traps, discarded several dead mice and reset the traps. We have attempted to come back numerous times as documented in texts but have not heard back.<br><br>The crack in the ceiling was repaired the following day and we finished the job a few days later. The only thing left to do would be to paint. We have tried to contact you so you can choose the paint color so the color is to your liking but we have not heard back.<br><br>We would gladly return to paint, follow up on the mice and discuss any and all of your concerns.<br><br>My final conclusion on the AC is that if you can show where things were broken we would gladly repair using a licensed contractor but we never heard back and our pics and videos show that there was no damage at all to the thermostat or the wiring.<br><br>I would refund your original cost for the rodent treatment if desired.
Pest Management Solutions is a great company to work with. Prompt and friendly service. They did excellent work at our home and went the extra mile to alleviate all the spider webs and pests around our house. Couldn’t be more pleased.
