Very pleased. He explained things very well and gave a couple of suggestions very professional & courteous I was very comfortable with him in my house.

I have had them out multiple times for roaches. Was told there was no charge for retreat in 90 days. There was a fee. They do email billing so was not expecting another bill. It obviously went into junk and never saw it. The owner called and would like to make it right. He was very apologetic and I appreciate businesses that are trying to make customers satisfied.

They came to home a sprayed one room out of 8 rooms. I had to call for a follow-up since the first produced very little success and had the nerve to blame me for their no action. Then 2 weeks later charged an additional $65 to spray one room again. Highly suggest fine another company. I now am out $150 and will have to pay for someone to come in and do the job correctly.
