I had previously had Dixie who was great but they sold out to Terminix. They came and sprayed some of the inside but definitely not the way Dixie did. A week out and I’m killing bugs. I wish I could give them zero stars. I wasted my time waiting for the free inspection. The person came from Terminix Rock hIll asked me about the problem and told me the cost without inspecting anything. He didn't enter my house to inspect. I had especially asked to inspect my attic when I called them. The person refused to inspect the attic due to the heat and should do it only in the mornings. I understand, but I was never informed of anything like that when I called them. He was not friendly

I called and scheduled an appointment for 8am. By 8:14 no one had arrived so I called to see what if by chance I had made a mistake in writing the time down. It was confirmed my appointment was for 8:00am and that the woman who was scheduled "just got a late start today." I was told by the office person that the woman stated "that her GPS said she'd be there by 8:24" this is unacceptable.
