🚨 BEWARE: Unauthorized Charges & Zero Results! 🚨 If you are looking for a pest control company that actually eliminates bugs and respects your hard earned money, keep looking. This company is an absolute nightmare. We hired them last year and paid for a full year upfront to handle an ant and mosquito problem. Not only did their treatments fail completely forcing us to out-of-pocket hire a second company just to get the job done (our children still had a ton of mosquito bites each day, still ants in the kitchen) but we decided to just let them finish out their contract since it was already paid for. We never intended to renew. The man who came last year was very kind but their products did nothing for us. Fast forward to this year. They legally robbed us. Without our permission, without a signed contract, and without a single word of consent, they automatically renewed our annual plan and charged our account for another entire year. They claimed they came out and "sprayed the exterior," but they were never let into our home nor did we ever agree to this service. When we called them out on this unauthorized charge, they flat-out refused to issue a refund. The Bottom Line. This company uses underhanded billing tactics to take your money, and their actual pest control doesn't even work. Check your bank statements closely if you’ve ever used them, because they will charge you without your consent. Save yourself the headache and avoid them at all costs!

Home Paramount of Rock Hill has been handling our pest control for the past 2yrs.Thanks to them we hardly ever get pests in our house but on the rare occasion that we do, they are quick to respond and address the problem. Our expert Tech is David Culp. When it's time for our quarterly inspect I always request David. He takes his time inspecting and addresses any & all issues. He treats our house like he would his own. The whole Paramonunt staff is outstanding when it comes to communication and customer service.
