Communication was great – He answered my questions promptly and kept me updated. I felt confident that the exterminator knew exactly what he was doing and that the job would be done right. Adam with Clear Defense is punctual, kind, and informative! We recently moved to a new house and had a surprise boxelder bug infestation this year, but they have handled that situation along with a few other pest problems promptly and without issue. We are happy customers. Thank you! Update: we’ve been using ClearDefense for 1.5 years now and continue to be more than happy with their performance! They do a wonderful job with preventative measures and we rarely have an infestation issue, but if we do - they come out and clear it up immediately. Austin M has been to our house a few times and always does such a thorough job. Today he gave our children an ABCs of bugs book before he left - great touch! They love it. Another update: we have continued to use ClearDefense for our pest control needs and have never considered using a different company. They do such a thorough job, answer questions and always leave extra sticky traps if we request them. Nick has been coming to our house lately and he is great!

We’ve been clients of ClearDefense for a while now and they are great! Customer service is quick and efficient. Gavin usually is the one answering my emails and he’s always quick and resourceful. On my most recent visit, Sean Stutt sprayed the outside and the inside of my house. He was proactive in describing to me common places bugs could be coming from and setting traps so I would see bugs walking around my house if any. For the last two years I had a pleasant experience with ClearDefense Pest Control!

Love this service. The tech Eli was so thorough and efficient. The products they use for mosquito control are much more efficient than ones used by other companies. Plus they are pet friendly too!! So happy I use them and I tell all my friends to switch to them!!

ClearDefense continues to shine. 5/23/25: AUSTIN MANGUM did a great job today! 11/15/24: ClearDefense Pest Control in Rock Hill has a fantastic team who strive to make sure that the customer is always satisfied. Adam and Deon really shined this Quarter. Adam showed up yesterday (11/14 as scheduled) but was concerned about the expected rain and the decreased efficacy of the treatment if that happened (it did), so he scheduled treatment for the next day (today) so that it would have its best result. Adam was very professional and polite. Deon showed up today (11/15) for the treatment reschedule ready to roll. He did a super thorough job and also hit some spots indoors I was concerned about. Deon was also professional, polite, and amiable. Both of these employees make ClearDefense look great, and I will be a continued customer! 8/29/24: Victor Skaggs came today for ClearDefense Pest Control in Rock Hill, and he did a super job. ClearDefense ALWAYS does a great job of controlling insects/pests...better than others we have tried, and that is saying something.
