As a Wildlife removal company, we don't deal with insects, but if you are wanting to get rid of these pesky bugs call D&D, many customers go straight for the large corporate companies, a small business is where you are going to get the best customer service!

I was a customer of a large company that does Advertisment and commonly known of. I was frustrated having to always call them back for “services done” and being billed outrageously. I did some research and found D&D Pest Control. When I spoke to Danielle I instantly felt like my problem would be handled and that it would be okay! The job was done by Jarrett in a timely manner and my insect problem was not only resolved but the source was identified. I’m relieved to have found a business that works hard to earn your business. These people are great. I needed help getting rid of carpenter ants. This guy was very knowledgeable of these ants and assured he could get rid of them. The next day after he left, I saw maybe 3 ants, and there were thousands! I couldn't believe it. It was also nice that he agreed to come back and check up on us in a couple of weeks. And the price was great. Highly recommend these guys!

We cannot recommend D&D enough! We have had several companies over the years (big chain companies as well as local) and none were as professional and proficient as D&D. They followed up and created a treatment plan with us and kept their word on the follow up. They were professional and took many safety precautions for Covid and for keeping my family safe from harmful chemicals. I found D&D from a recommendation on the Rock Hill Moms Facebook group and I am so glad other moms led me to them! 10/10 recommend!

D&D has restored my faith in customer service. My husband noticed a pile of wood shavings inside the garage; after closer inspection, we realized there was an ant hill on the exterior. We sprayed some basic Spectricide on the ant hill and called the exterminator. Our usual company, Dixie Exterminating, couldn't get us in for a couple of weeks, but they recommended D&D. Jarrett used to work for them and recently opened his own shop. Their recommendation was good enough for me. I called Jarrett on Friday afternoon, and he came out on a Saturday afternoon. He showed up exactly when he said he would, did an inspection, and said our Spectricide had done the trick. He also found a fire ant mound and told me to spray that along with the perimeter of the house. And then he didn't charge me a thing! He came out on a Saturday afternoon, less than 24 hours after I called, explained the problem and why it happened (queens and workers and cold nights and rain and whatnot), told me to keep an eye on it and see if she shavings reappeared... and then not only didn't try to sell me on some big plan or something I didn't need, but didn't even charge me a nickel. I'm still gobsmacked. I almost hope more bugs show up so I can call D&D back because they're that nice and helpful. Actually, forget I said that.

I had ants. Great big huge carpenter ants. They had taken over the entire front of my house, porch & yard. I called D&D Pest Control and Jarrett came out the next day. Friendly, professional, and efficient!! He treated the trouble areas plus the entire perimeter of my house. Not only are the ants gone, so are the earwigs. He's my go-to guy now.

Jarrett is very through and completely covers all pest control needs. Jarrett listens to you and develops a plan to alleviate your pest problem. He is also very careful with your pets, so they are not harmed.
